So tell me why i get off a 12 hour shift and i decide i wanted a drink so i pull up to the little stalls and i press the button. Finally after 10 minutes a person comes on and says very rudely “drive thru only”. There is nothing posted about that being a policy so i left very upset. the one thing i dont want to deal with after a long day of work is someones attitude ESPECIALLY from a place where IM PAYING YOU to do YOUR JOB.

Sat in the drive through with no one else here for 10 minutes. Waited and cars behind me were pulling off.
I when I pulled up to the window and told them what happened , kid laughed and said “the sensor for drive through is off.”
These young people don’t give a damn about their job and it shows.

placed an order on the app at 10:15, showed up at sonic at 10:25, order said it would be ready at 10:31, i waited 15 minutes at the drive through with no one coming on to take my order, then waited another 10 minutes for one ice cream once i pulled around into the stall. this is absolutely ridiculous, and isnt the first time ive had to deal with this.

These young poeple that work here love to cut corners, gave me the wrong drink then i went back to politely ask them for the right drink and told them everything I had ordered and they still made it wrong…. Maybe it was on purpose but it’s pretty embarrassing and sad. This is not the only time this has happened either, it’s very frequent. I should have known when there’s mainly high school kids working there.

The burgers at this location taste weird. Their tots and grilled cheese are good unless you get the one cook that doesnt know what they’re doing and they burn it. I’ve had the luck of having that cook here. And the kids that work here seem to hate their job except for one guy but I don’t know his name. And this was Mt favorite in the picture and I miss it!!!
Update: the service and food have gotten much better!!!

Why can’t the credit card readers be fixed. I do not like handing my credit card to anyone that can walk out of my site and do whatever they want with my card. Either fix the readers or get hand held readers. And if the readers are broken then put signs on them so that I don’t try to pay like 5 times for no reason. Even the employees think this issue is ridiculous.

This has to be the slowest and rudest sonic by taking their phone off the hook when you’re calling them to tell them your mobile order should’ve been ready ten minutes previously. Meanwhile, an employee gets to take her smoke break all while people are waiting.
