Ive been going to this place for months but recently for the past 4 visits the fountain drinks and slushies have been having a nasty after taste as if the ice machine isnt being clean or the Styrofoam cups are left somewhere they shouldn’t. I tried calling the number to notify someone but there was no answer. I love the drinks and slushies but now it seems im going to have to go to a different spot which sucks. Every time I get my drink I drive off and get home and drink with the family and have to throw the drinks away after the long drive. This has happened the past few times and today. If yall clean the machines and the cups have been changed please let me know.

I have been to this location countless times and the service is consistently terrible. The wait times are unreasonable, orders are frequently wrong, and the staff is often rude and unprofessional, especially the people on drive thru speaker. I went this morning and the service was terrible as expected. My visit before the last on 12/31 around 12pm was completely unacceptable. After waiting an excessive amount of time, my food was cold and incorrect. When I drove back around and tried to address the issue, the person on the drive-thru speaker was rude and dismissive. I later asked the carhop about my order and asked who was on headset and their name and was told that the manager “gerid ” was the one who took it. That is extremely concerning, as management should be setting the standard for professionalism, not contributing to the problem. I asked to speak to the manger. “Gerid” came out and showed no compassion for the mistakes of his company. He was very snobby and seemed as if he didn’t care. Terrible manger I can see why the location is so terrible, will be speaking to HR about that. The location was very busy and They had one carhop working which is the same young lady I see being overworked almost every time I come. By the name of “Kiley” or “Riley”, I’m not sure. I’ve been so many times and every single time she’s either the only one trying to manage the drive thru and carhop by herself or moving faster than the others. All while keeping a smile on her face, her service is great, she’s friendly, she’s truly a sweetheart. The only other pleasant experience I’ve had has been with the gentleman with red hair, who has helped fix mistakes in the past. Aside from those two, the rest of the staff seem disengaged and uninterested in providing decent customer service. This location has clearly gone downhill, and the issues appear to stem from poor management, lack of accountability, and improper staffing. Until changes are made, I will not be returning.

Went through drive through. Lady kept coming out with meals to cars that were behind me for 10 minutes and then at 15 mins asked the waitress walking back to deliver yet another meal to a customer behind me …why people ordering behind me for the past 10 mins were getting there food before me. She said because some meals take time … She didn’t seem concerned i was the only person waiting. The lady wasn’t friendly. Would appreciate friendlier service and a wait appropriate at a fast food joint

One word. Rude. Just left. Today is 12/22 at 830pm. Terrible customer service. It’s really not that hard to give basic customer service through some headphones and a speaker. It was clearly a guy (Emerald). He was nasty and wouldn’t repeat my order back to me after continually asking and “what else” after ordering. The young lady that came out was very pleasant and helpful. Someone needs to get the gentlemen off the headphones and send him home. Won’t be returning

I waited in line for 20 minutes waiting for them to answer back at me for what I wanted to order and it took them another 20 minutes to give me my food and it was cold and I was allergic to pickles and I told them twice to confirm and they gave me extra pickles!?! This is ridiculous.

Im allergic to pickles i asked them more than 3 times to verify that pickles were not added to the burger I ordered and when I get home there was pickles in the burger. had to throw away the food and waste my money!!!!

The only positive part about it was the guy who brought me my food. The food itself was ok. But they messed up my order. As I had ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave me French toasted sticks. And when I tried calling the store to get it sorted out their phone doesn’t work. So this seems like the only way to get my message across.

Not sure but I think Sonic is dying out slowly. Food is not same as it used to. Not worth the price. I got a cheeseburger and a cold iced coffee and the coffee taste was horrible. I used to love it here but not my choice anymore. I think the only thing good are the slushy other than that nothing else.

WHAT A RIP OFF. I ordered two Oreo Big Scoop Cheesecake Blasts and this is what I got. They both had drink lids so I didn’t see what they looked like until I go home, but this has to be a joke. That tiny little gray thing on top is the “big scoop” and the rest of this entire thing is just plan vanilla ice cream.
