WORST SONIC EVER!!!! Stopped by around 8:30am Tues 10/07/25. It was not busy, but there were a couple other cars waiting. I ordered a Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito with no meat & a medium Jalapeño Popper with no dipping sauce (I do not like Sonic‘s Ranch). After I placed my order and paid for it, I realized that I forgot to ask for salsa. I hit the red button again and when the person answered, I asked for six packets of salsa. The person sounded annoyed, but said OK. When my food came, I decided to check my bag for the salsa, because the person I talked to did not sound agreeable. When I checked the bag, I saw two sauces. So I hit the button and asked for four more salsas. The same lady that had delivered my food came out a few minutes later. She handed me two salsas and told me that was all I could have, because they had already given me plenty. I told her I had asked for four more, not to. But she said that’s all she would bring me. When I got home, I saw that they had put three sauces in the bag originally, not the two that I initially saw. However, I still only ended up with five salsa packets, which is not enough for a burrito. And I did not appreciate someone arguing with me. After I paid $12 for my breakfast, the least they could’ve done is just given me another salsa packet!! I definitely will never go to this Sonic again!!

We sat at the drive-thru speaker for 10 or 12 minutes and nobody responded to take our order. When someone finally came on the line they were unintelligible and rude. We tried to order two simple milkshakes. The person never responded that they understood what we were trying to order, they never told us the total. The speaker just went dead after we tried to place the order. We drove up to the window and still… No one came out the door to take our money, confirm our order, or bring us our two milkshakes. We ended up driving down the street to Jack in the box to get milkshakes And it only took 3 minutes at this well run restaurant. This Sonic is operated in an unacceptable and unsatisfactory manner. Not going back.

Visited 12/15 at around 8pm. Fries were OLD and cold, smash burger was also old and cold. Went there after about 10 years and never going back. Smh unacceptable. People don’t pay for old and cold food

I ordered on the mobile app and drove to 5 minutes to pick up. After checking in at the stall, I waited another 20 minutes for a burger and sweet tea. The burger was cold and soggy. To top it off, it looks like someone smashed or stepped on it.

Korben is an angel from my dreams come to life and haunts all competitors nightmares with his service skills. We got extra twist on the side and he did NOT disappoint. The mozzarella sticks put me on another corporeal realm of existence I thought I’d met my maker. This experience has enlightened me in ways that Buddhist monks dream of. I am naming my firstborn son “Sonic” in reference to this fine establishment, and god almighty bless you if you do not get Korben’s service, as his is service compares to none.

I went during my lunch break, ordered a 3 piece chicken tender, plus a couple other things. One of my “tenders” was ridiculously small, it was more of a nugget. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to take it back, but it’s sad that the person counted this as a whole tender when it wasn’t even half of one. If you’re going to charge me full price for a food item at least make it such by either giving a full one or compensate by maybe adding an additional small one or something. I just feel like it’s common sense. The other tender wasn’t very big either, but I have for comparison and you can see the “tender barely covers a dipping sauce pack.

The fact that I got two orders of strips and had to pay extra if i wanted sauce because they charge you if they have to go in and get it is wild. Now i have no sauce for My meal because she had 1 ranch. I wont be coming back to this location.

I went to this Sonic location on Friday, August 08, 2025. I had a bad feeling in how the car hopper handed me my bank card back. It felt very suspicious. Sure enough, my gut feeling was right because the next day, I had a fraudulent transaction to Dave & Buster’s on my account. I had to cancel my card and now have to wait for a new card to arrive. I will not ever return to any Sonic because of this. It is way too easy when you physically hand over your bank card to someone to pay for your food, and I am sure the car hopper took a picture of my card and he had a nice night out at Dave & Buster’s.
