I stopped by Sonic to get a strawberry water with an extra side of strawberries for this reason! Then you wonder why one doesn’t tip! When the young man brought me my order, it was not strawberries just water. I said,”sweetie can you put strawberries in my water”? This is what I got. I gave him $5 and no change needed. We must do better. Lesson learned.

I ordered a pulled pork cheeseburger and received less than a tablespoon of pulled pork. I spent $7 on a cheeseburger that sells for 3.59. I am livid. I also ordered a chocolate covered strawberry shake and git a cheesecake shake. This is the last time this sonic gets any money of mine

Nasty food, burger was nasty, the fries were all the small fries and very greasy, the chicken empanadas are nasty no chicken all filler. I won’t be coming back. I worked at sonic when I was younger. The food quality here is embarrassing. You can see how dirty the oil is on the sides of the fries box. How do you mess up a burger and fries?

I was disappointed. I ordered a butter bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. All of the food tasted like cleaning chemicals and there was a strong chemical smell to the food as well. The good thing was that they gave me my money back. I won’t return though

I’m not quite sure young man who just took my order but I appreciate him 110% more than he’ll ever even know or realize. Customer service has completely went down the toilet within this country in the past few years. Or should I say the past several years. I ordered my elderly mother who happens to be 78 and I love with all my heart a chocolate shake extra thick an extra chocolate. And I got it exactly just that way through a small taste test. And I would not expect him to order his mother a special request any less than that. Let me just say let me find out you did something other than that. Whomever you are I hope only the best for you in the life that comes towards you!

Great experience at this location! We had unfortunately received some yucky sprite from a different location. We stopped here and they replaced them for us with no problem! Very pleased with their customer service and positive attitudes!! Thanks Sonic on 242!
