This has to be a new form of stupidity. A burger, without meat. Who puts this together and thinks it’s acceptable. Waste of money and why you need to go in person to make sure your orders are right. Best part, it was supposed to be no pickles.

Pretty disappointed in this location. They were a little busy at the time, but there were just fundamental things wrong with it. They forgot my chilli frito wrap, which again they were busy so I get things get missed sometimes. What gets me is when I bit into the buffalo chicken wrap and discovered they dumped an entire bottle of buffalo sauce on it. That tells me something went wrong when they were making it and instead of doing it again correctly they decided it was okay to serve the customer an inedible item. It makes me sad to see how little people care about proper customer service these days. Don’t require anything special, but we’d at least like you to care a little.

We ordered. Tried to pay. Tip screen went black. We pushed the button to let them know. They said they’d take care of it. We had to ask them again to bring ranch and marinara. Cheddar peppers ended up being under cooked. And then our credit card informed us of our purchase that ended up having a $20 tip!

Been going to sonics for over 20 years, and never have I ordered and got my food within 4 minutes. Quickest sonic I’ve ever seen even at a busy dinner rush around 6pm.

When I first moved to Willis, I thought this Sonic was excellent. Not sure what’s happened over the years, but I now think this is one of the worse places in Willis to eat. They simply don’t listen. If I place 10 orders, I’m confident they’d screw up 9 of them. Not sure if it’s a training issue, or if they just don’t care… or maybe they can’t read or hear properly… but this place has lost my business at this point. All they can get right are drinks (usually) & mozzarella sticks… they screw up everything else. Save your money; eat elsewhere. Just saying.

I’m highly disappointed in the quality of my food I received. I won’t describe the chili cheese dog I received. I’ll let you see the pictures. I had driven off before I took the first bite. It was unnoticeable underneath all the toppings. I immediately turned around took it back. The manager can out she made it right. She refunded my money then gave me 2 freshly cooked corn dogs. Tell me if you would eat that hot dog. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at this particular Sonic.

I ordered a number 1 with a cherry limeade and a number 4. Who would eat this? Not sure what happened. We have been here numerous times and have had good service. The hamburger looked obscene with all the mayo. The cherry limeade was all soda water. We will never be back there.
