Why is it so impossible for sonic to get orders right? I add chili and cheese to tater tots and I just get cheese. Just ridiculous. Second time I’ve had to leave a review on sonic in the past few months.

Manager has new policy to charge for sauces that come with item. Prices are high enough without this petty greed. Pretzel was burnt, and tasted worse than it looked. Paid for tomatoes on my burrito and did not receive tomatoes. Husband said his bacon toasters were somehow burnt, but soggy. Not the best experience. We will go to the Tomball location for better service.

The tots are ALWAYS soggy. The cheesesticks are luke warm and not stretchy. Usually my drink is right, but not always. The service is terribly slow, most likely why my food is soggy and just warm. The order takers sometimes have an attitude too.
After reading some of the other reviews, I must agree with them. They dont read orders back and charge for sauce that comes with the item.

Sonic is just Sonic. It’s hit and miss. Use the app to score half price drinks and deals on food.

The staff was friendly, but not terribly competent. They didn’t read my order back to me, so I don’t know if they didn’t record my order correctly or didn’t prepare it accordingly, but I didn’t get what I ordered through the drive-thru, so I didn’t notice until after I had left

Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting on tater tots. I was the only customer. Did not get my tater tots. Sonic used to be a great company. It has become a horrible company in the last 6 years. Their service and food are absolutely horrible.

Awful timing. We had ordered our food on the app and told the app which stall we had parked at. The app gave an estimate of about 7:24 and normally i dont mind if its a little late, but it seems like the staff pressed the button that indicated the food was done and heading out in order to reduce their customer wait time. This would be fine if they got the food out within about 5 minutes of doing that but we waited an extra 10-15 minutes for it with nothing. When i called to ask for a status, the food was immediately brough out but missing the 3 drinks( the order was 3 1.99 wraps and 3 drinks when there was 2 other customers present.) I could put this up to potentially a bad day for them but when it happens ever time i goto this location, it no longer seems like just a freak accident or one-time thing. If the foods gonna take longer, dont get the customer’s hopes up by saying its on the way at the very least is all i ask.

Less of a food problem than a water quality problem, the drinks (slushies in particular) taste funny. Would reccomend management take a look.
