In the app, I ordered a Jr double cheeseburger and a drink. Got there and it took forever to get my order, but when they finally handed me the bag (at the drive thru) it had a lot of food in it. Told them that was not my order and I only had a Jr double cheeseburger. The lady eventually showed me where on their side the ticket came out with the burger and tots, which was weird. She handed me the food back and said this is your order. Kept trying to tell her no, but she was kinda rude. I finally took the food, ended up with a chicken-fried steak sandwich, tots and cheese sticks, none of which I’ll eat, so I suppose lunch is a drink today.

We came between 5 and 6pm on 3/7/26..Ordered 2 number 3s and a large tot. One #3 was suppose to be no tomatoes no mayo plus bacon. We got no bacon and no lettuce instead. We didn’t get a receipt from our CarHop as well. It came to us fast but if ppl are missing what was ordered then being fast means nothing.

I guess it’s fine as far as sonics go however the food seems different here, way cheaper than normal if that’s possible. I got the steak sandwich, it was definitely just a heated up steak puck from like a box from the gas station next store. I wasn’t super pleased with my last visit. Also this just isn’t the cleanest part of town some I’m skeptical of the cleanliness of the kitchen. HOWEVER it’s the first sonic I’ve seen in a while where my food came out with a man gliding on roller skates so that was cool.

Ordered three drinks at a stall after tipping on the screen I then had to wait 20 minutes before I checked on them. Then was told they would only bring the drinks out if I came through the drive thru line and then I still waited another 10 minutes before knocking on the door and then they brought them out.

I’m sure workers are doing their best, but this place is so beyond words slow. Should not have to take 3 trips to my car to get my order right. They are often very rude. Would not recommend

Food tasted fine, service was pretty terrible. I ordered online for the smashburger BOGO deal but they only gave me one bc their machine messed up on my receipt and said I only ordered one. When I told the server (i dont know their name) they said it was my problem.

Ordered 3 drinks ahead of time, waited 30 minutes to get them. the order was marked as complete and never brought out to us until we asked for it. our drinks were just sitting there. the last 4 times weve been, its taken 30-45 minutes in an almost empty parking lot to get very simple orders. just disappointing.

For the vast majority every single Sonic franchise is exactly the same. Generally that’s a benefit but for Sonic’s needs that means that you freely have an opportunity to get your order wrong, or face shortage of supply on items, and they’re so called sales or discounts have become incredibly less valuable over the last few years. Food is consistent in flavor but preparation is often not guaranteed from one location to the next based on the available workers. Generally there’s a lack of cohesion between worker and expected output and this is likely due to low pay.
