Normally I do not write negative reviews. But this one kinda made me upset especially after talking to Melissa the manager on duty tonight. Both me my husband and 1 1/2 yr old son are all profusely puking tonight after eating here. My poor baby can’t even hold down water currently, which I’m working on solving while I cannot hold water down myself. After catching my breath and calming down my son I called and spoke to the manager who politely yet in a very condescending manor told me there was nothing she could do but apologize and request that I speak to the owner onMonday. This comment followed by the statement that she has never had food poisoning so she’s sure that sucks for me but there’s nothing she could do. We spent 50$ to get sick for valentines day…we will never be returning to this location. If you want decent food and kind people who actually care, just go to the new willis location. That’s what my family will be doing from now on

I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the girl ‘ Vaisiyara’ who got the order for me, wouldn’t give me the ice cream even when I had already paid in cash. She still refused to give me the ice cream. She said, “will not give until I bring the change back”. I gave her $5 and the sundae was for $3 something. What kind of service is that??? Made me feel
like a thief. The Sonic restaurant is located off 105 and 336, in Conroe. I will never come back here. Sonic should train their employees better. Poor service.

The employee that brought us the food asked “do you want your change back?”….the “change” was $10. Bill was $11.62 I gave them $21.62
I tried to make it easy since none of them can seem to make change. Got all the way home and saw the breakfast burrito. Guess inflation hit Sonic hard huh? So breakfast burritos are now only 3 inches long?
This one location used to be great….but bad hiring process or bad training has seriously affected it.

I drove up to the Drive Thru on 10/23/2025, and waited and waited. I honked my horn several times and no one came on the speaker to assist me. This place is managed by a bunch of kids. I drove through the lot and went over to the McDonalds drive thru where I got prompt service, hot food and a cold drink.
Don’t mark this SONIC location of your choices to eat.

Very rude employees. I didn’t quite understand when the order was read back to me and I asked a question about what she said. She replied very rudely “I already said that.” The carhop was also rude. The food wasn’t very good. The chicken was burnt, the bread on the burgers was hard and although I asked for mustard only on the burgers they had both mustard and mayo. Unfortunately after this terrible experience I will not be returning to this location.

Worse service I’ve ever encountered recently. When you go throughout the drive-thru, they don’t even give you a second to pull your window down they are already asking what’s your order. When I asked for a moment to see the menu, they got upset and said order when you ready or pulled to the side off the parking door, then come around and order when you ready. We’ll that’s not professional and very rude. May god bless you to have more patience. It only took me 10 seconds to see the menu and order. This place makes me sick to my stomach,

Ordered a blast and a 1/4 of the way through it got a terrible bitter hard piece of SOMETHING in it, I couldn’t even tell you what it was, it also had a terrible smell to it! Not sure if they’re just not cleaning their supplies or having food cross contaminated but it was absolutely disgusting, had to throw it away I was so upset I waisted my money. CLEAN YALLS STUFF AND PAY ATTENTION!!!

Placed order at wrong location, sonic app stated to call the store. Called the store, and they told me they could not cancel the order and that the food was getting made. Told them we’re 20 minutes away. Could they remake it if it was cold. Person hung up on me. Had to call the phone number on the app for the refund.

They were REALLY busy and I only ordered a shake but it took 15 minutes to get my shake. They were incredibly kind and apologetic and offered me a free drink and a free sundae. They more than made up for the long wait! This location is always amazing when I stop in (which is a lot more than I should )
