The sonic tried charging me $.69 for a cup of water. I said no thank you, you can keep the water.
Credit cards aren’t accepted at the terminals. They have to take your credit card and scan them. But rather than going straight to the credit card machine, they walk with my credit card to the other stalls to service them. This exposed my card to fraudulent tap to pay credit card charges. Unacceptable.
My son’s shake was served with out a straw. I asked where the straw was she said it would be out with the food. 10 minutes later the food arrives. Temperature dependent items should be served with all of the tools (straw) needed to consume at the point of delivery especially when it takes 10 minutes
My “no cheese” hamburger was served with cheese
From the time I placed my order and they finally got it right, 30 minutes had passed. I was one of 3 cars at the sonic

None of the payment screens work. Have to trust the worker by giving my card to pay inside. Having to repeat myself 3 or 4 times. Fix the hardware and I will change my review.

It has been a year since we last ate at this location. Today I ordered through an app called DoorDash. The food was immaculate! Everything was ordered and given correctly, very fresh , even tried the new smash dill pickle burger, which was beautifully prepared! Last year was a horrible experience here but this time it was wonderful! Thanks for the dedication. We’ll be back!

I appreciate fresh made food but they take long, just to give you the wrong order on more than several different occasions. After a 15 minute wait you’ll eventually get your right order with sub par customer service. Won’t be going back to this location.

My DoorDash order drinks did not come with a sealed lid or a sticker over my drinks it came out in the open dasher could’ve spit In it or anything tell your staff to make sure it’s closed off especially morning shift

Used to love this location, but this time was not it. The nuggets taste burnt and look as though it’s all dough. Service worker went to the back with our card, not sure what she did with it but we canceled it just in case. Safe to say we’re never going back.

Disgusting restaurant. They don’t clean drink machines. Our drinks had mold in them. Called customer service and they said the manager for this location should call us back within 48 hours to discuss a refund and I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks. The manager and employees don’t care. Go to the one off West Rd.
