I ordered a chicken strip box. Guess what? There’s no longer a box. Now, the strips come in a small bag with no onion ring, white gravy, or toast. Very disappointing. Will never get a chicken strip meal again. I rarely eat Sonic. Who knows the next time I’ll return.

We stopped by this location on our way to a graduation. I placed an online order and sent my son inside to pick it up. As he was waiting, he suddenly felt something crawling on him. When he ran his hand across his neck-it was a ROACH!!! Yes, a roach!! It ran off, and he was quick enough to snap a picture of it.

Disgusted, he got in the car and started telling me what happened, but we were already running late and didn’t have time to turn around.

I told them to check the food – and y’all… WHAT?! The food looked old, spoiled, and just plain unsafe to eat!! I started to turn all the way around! SMH!!

At this point, I truly believe this Sonic needs to be shut down. They clearly can’t get it right. This isn’t just bad service-it’s a health hazard!!

You have to pick and choose when you go to this sonic. Literally waited dang near 10 minutes for 2 sonic blasts because everyone was standing around. Once received, the candy’s/treats in the ice cream weren’t even blended into it. So you get a sprinkle of cookie and the rest is vanilla ice cream. If that’s what I wanted, that’s what I would have ordered.

I don’t even blame the employees at this point, it’s clearly leadership/owners that are the issue at this location & it shows through the employees clearly just not caring. I’m confused at how I can place an order & immediately after get food that’s already cold. Then I sat at the window waiting for someone to come to it & this was after sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes…mind you it was dead & there was absolutely no one else there that would’ve at least made it make a little bit of sense for why it took 30 minutes in total for everything. At this point they just need to close this location down. Also not sure why if it was the drink, food, or both but I’ve been sick to my stomach since consuming both…I reheated my food at home because I wasn’t willing to sit there and wait any longer but I probably should’ve just thrown it away.

Well it’s not a drive in but a drive thru. If you park in a bay to order, you will be either ignored or “asked” told to go to the drive thru.

I wish I could post the video I created. I tried to salvage some to eat but I couldn’t. The coney was horribly prepared. The skin was coming off and it was discolored. I will never return to this location!

went up here at around 5:45 for a sonic reese’s blast and some tator tots. i told the lady on the headset that i wanted my sonic resses blast actually mixed because i had when i get a blast and all the topping is just at the top and not throughout the whole sonic blast so i politely asked her to make sure it was mixed all the way i can tell she got upset when i asked bc she started rushing me to finish my order and then when i got to the window to pay someone else charged me a really kind guy that i always see working there and he gave me the tator tots and then after she comes the window hands say on the sonic resses blast im like yes and she proceeds to hand me the order with a dirty look and i just said thank you .. i get home and clearly she didn’t listen to what i said bc it’s still wasn’t mixed !

Went to drive thru & no one ever came to speaker, so went to booth thinking maybe drive thru order speaker was broke. At booth pushed red button waited abt 4 minutes no one ever responded. And there is only abt 3 booths there. I was the only car & no cars in drive thru line. This is second time to this Sonic & horrible experience both times

Person in drive thru was talking to her coworker as we were paying and getting our drinks and she said out loud okay B.I.T.C.H. twice as she was handing our drinks, very unprofessional i even had a kid in the back seat who heard it all!! She was a lil girl with dark hair the time was 7:49 when she handed our drink so whoever was in drive thru at the time is the suspect! As a christian im highly offended and will never bring my church here as long as shes still working there

It’s always really slow for any order. Literally two cars in the dine in section and they still take forever. Ordered a burger with little mustard and look what they did…. will never come back here
