Bad experience with the wana-b server/take your order person just rude.
He said something to me through the window as she was walking by with an order. I don’t know if the mic is busted or what but
I pressed the button to order and within that time she comes up to my window with an attitude talking about” I said I would be right with you “. I began to look around like ” complicated order, security “
She said ” what do you want to order?”
At this point I’m like, ” not a damn thing now”.
Don’t trust you with my food at this point.
I’m still parked here typing this up.

Stopped by last night ordered & paid for only a route 44 Dr pepper. Waited over 20 minutes after the screen said it was already on its way.. then once I get my drink it’s a medium, and when I tell them it’s supposed to be a route 44 the lady tells me it what it said on the screen like lady you would have forgotten about me cause y’all already cleared it through if I didn’t keep harassing y’all about my drink. Don’t stop here it sucks

Stopped by for a refreshing beverage. Nothing upsets me more than paying for something and it’s not right. I asked for a strawberry lemonade fresh fruit medium slush. The worst four dollars and sixty two cents I’ve ever spent. The lady working the drive thru said she didn’t have change for the five dollar bill I gave her. Like I was going to give Sonic that much change. I politely went in my console and got the sixty two cents. I guess she wasn’t expecting that with the look she gave me. I drove off and this drink was disgusting. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would have taken it back. Bits of something that looks like strawberries and two lemon slices. Tried stirring it to no avail. No taste watered down. Just sad. Stay away from Sonic unless you are dining there in case your order isn’t right. Its a one and done for me.

I ordered online using a delivery service. My order took over an hour when I reached to the delivery driver about the situation she informed that there was only person working at the moment, and that was the reason it was taking so long. Cool I understand things happen. When I finally do get my order majority of my food is missing and the only thing they did in the bag that was mine was wrong.

Horrible experience! I went last night to get cheese sticks and a burger. Got to the window and was asked cash or card which was odd. Gave them my card then after it was swiped they claimed their system was moving slow. They kept telling me that my card didn’t go through and I repeatedly told l them that it was pending on my side. The short lady with the gray cornrows decides to “cancel” and “refund my order”. I explained if their machine was moving so slow to the point you have to ask cash or card you could have just told me and all of this could have been avoided.
BY THE WAY, this morning I woke up to the transaction actually going through! So ya’ll stole my money and gave me no food.

Every time you go to this place they ask u for exact change or debit or credit card but when u get your receipt it has the food but never the shakes or drinks and it say cash even if u paid with your card.

The drive thru person did not listen to me about the details of my order or just decided to do as they pleased. I didn’t check, I found out once I arrived to work & I was very disappointed and frustrated about it. It’s not the 1st time neither, so I decided to do this rating on how I felt about that location.

someone please check out the location. We got 2 ice cream blasts and they taste kind of cheesy, like an expired taste. It’s too much money to be receiving questionable food. The service is sometimes unreasonably long here with no other customers present.

There was a man on drugs sitting at a table, 10 feet from my car, yelling with the air. Employees just ignored him. We paid for our food and while waiting the guy started getting so violent ( with the air) we left without our order. Kids were so scared. I googled the location to call and tell them we left but the listed number was not valid.
