Was craving a frito chili cheese wrap after a long day at work to find out they were out of frito’s. So I got a burger with onion rings. Got to the hotel and saw a clump of onions rings all stuck together and dark brown. Tasted like old nasty grease. Couldn’t even eat them. Usually have a good experience at this location but not this time. Very disappointing.

Genuinely considered calling corporate to get my money back and the order was less than 2 dollars LOL. They said they didn’t get the check in (maybe it was a problem with the app or them IDK) but stared at us when we pulled into the pickup spot for 40 minutes until we finally pulled around to the drive thru to ask about our order. When we tried to ask one of the workers what was going on she just ignored us like we weren’t trying to get our order and go. Really irritating experience. Usually fine at this spot but I guess we caught them on a bad day cause YIKES!

Went to this location on 12/31, around 2012 hours, wanted to order an iced coffee as I had a longish drive home and would appreciate the extra boost, when asking if the coffee was available as it was listed as a breakfast drink, the attendant at the drive thru speaker answered very snarkily that yes breakfast was served all day, my apologies some of us don’t know the ins and outs of how a Sonic works. Wasn’t asked what size I wanted so I clarified that I would like the biggest that they offered, once confirmed they told me the total and said pull up to second window, which is a very confusing order as apparently this location did not have a drive thru window just very unclear instructions on where to pick up your order, okay but where do I pay? And none of the staff inside seemed inclined to want to offer assistance or help as I say there looking confused, so I said fine you dont want my business then I’ll just leave, which I proceeded to do, more fool on me as I should have read their poor reviews before trying to keep their fledgling business floating. Oh well there’s enough Sonics everywhere what’s one more closing, you’ll only have yourselves to blame due to poor service and poor attitudes.

Tried to call in an order and was told that they couldn’t to it because they were very busy. So i showed up, they only had one car in the drive thru and two cars parked. And they were busy?
Where is the shredded cheese?
Where is the chili? I will not do busy here again.

Shay gave me sweet and kind service, sucks that all their machines are down so there is not option for tip. Sonic better be compensating them for that, because their employees work hard with a smile on their face , example Shay.

The girl taking the order last night around 7-8 pm was RUDE. Her tone, attitude and way of speaking was not in line with talking to another human being, let alone a customer service job. The kid who brought us the order was a sweet heart, but forgot our shakes. He brought the full order out 5 min later. One shake was done perfectly, the other seemed like they wiped the lid with a rag and it was not mixed. They also forgot the condiments. Would recommend a district manager drop in for a month or two. And randomly a month at a time.

NEVER COMING TO THIS SONIC AGAIN a older woman I believe her name was Kay she had delivered my food she was honestly so rude my and gave me bit of an attitude and my total was 14.43 for my food and I had gave her an 20.00 and she went inside didn’t even tell me she would give my change back I waited didn’t want to assumed that she forgot about us so I waited over FIFTEEN MINUTES nobody came out I saw this one girl I forgot her name but she was very kind and I told her about the change and she told me she was going to ask about it in side and there go the older women she pass by the car not even giving me eye contact I honk my horn to get her attention and I thought I’ve heard her yell and she came my way and I told her that she forgot about my change looked at me so rudely and left without saying a word again I seen the other black lady and kindly thanked her I had tip while paying for my food so I hope that the Second Lady got my tip AND NOT THE OLDER WOMAN SONIC DO BETTER WITH YOUR SERVICE

I ordered food today the burgers were burnt and hard, the onion rings were burnt, old and cold. Incalled the store to find out the phone doesn’t work. I called the other Sonics in town to find out that store is not a part of the sonic franchise. I wasted $30 on trash so disappointed. Will continue to call. Shame shame shame!!!!
Part 2. I guess you can see the response from someone with sonic. So I tried to use the contact us email they asked me to use and of course it doesn’t work. I tried calling the restaurant for 3 days after this review and one ever answers the phone. Shame shame shame!!!!
