First time going to Sonic in years and it was on my way to visit family. Pulled over to get something different for breakfast. I got the sausage and egg sandwich, no meal. I opened it and ate while driving. The egg looked like it had been cooked on a dirty grease ridden stove. I loved how fluffy it looked but I couldn’t stomach the taste, after the first bite you could tell it was cooked on a greasy stove top. I enjoyed the customer service, loved they actually had a playground for my grandbaby to enjoy, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some drink stains ran down two slides so those parts were avoided but overall everyone else enjoyed their meals. Mine was the only reason for the 4 rating. Every experience with the staff and location was very pleasant. I’ve never seen a Sonic with a playground so that was wonderful.

First jalapeño Sonic Burger in five years. Where is the moist juicy jalapeño laden burger I had become accustomed to? All things change in time. And each store is different. I’ll order extra steam and triple jalapeños next time

I understand due to the weather yesterday they were slow as they were very packed. But waiting an hr for my food with no updates like “ sorry we are running behind “ and to be given someone else’s order with my receipt taped to it… and still have the lady read the order back to (I got 5 meals with drinks) yet only hand me ONE BAG !!! When I politely told her it wasn’t my complete order I started digging in the ONE bag… she then states oh that’s not your order I’ll be back… after waiting another 10 mins or soo… she comes back with my order, 2 bags that look like they been to hell and back, like if they were taken out from the recycling bin. She states they have no sodas what would I like, I stated lemonades and one sweet tea as the order originally had would be fine. I requested her for a drink carrier… she comes back and hands me all 5 drinks, I requested it again. Oh I’ll be back… checked the bags while I waited…. Fries were COLD! I went on the speaker stated I was still missing items and if I could get some fresh fries as the ones I just got were cold… the gentleman said oh of course…. 10 minutes later another lady comes out hands me my missing item (Chilli cheese tots) and one small bag with a lg fry that was only filled half way…. The tots were cold! After spending 1.5 hours waiting on my cold food and spending almost 70 bucks on it I finally got to go home! This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location!!!!!!

The sweet CarHop saw that I had a dog whenever she delivered my order then went back inside and came back with a little treat for my dog. Very sweet of her. My corn dog was especially good as well. I will be back there.

I never leave bad reviews. But I just drove so long. Used the last money I had for a bacon burger. Get back to hotel and it’s just meat and cheese? And it’s too late to go back. It says bacon burger on the receipt. Like….I’m sorry but what.

I usually don’t rate things but I was very pleased with this sonic. It is one of the best ones I have been to in a long time. I feel like sonic has been going downhill but this one gives me hope! I’m from Springfield Missouri and sonic sucks over there. Very kind people. They messed up my order a little though..I ordered cheddar bites but instead they gave me their cheddar peppers. But that’s fine because I love both.

We ordered a sonic blast and 2 hot fudge sundaes they were perfect. Very happy!! They are stepping it up. The manager came out to was a nice young man. Server was nice too.
