I am sick and tired of never receiving my sauce for my mozzarella sticks. You would think since they started charging you for ranch and marinara they would actually put it in the bag. As a former sonic worker I remember my manager getting on to everyone about reading the tickets making sure everything was in the bag. Like how are you going to implement charging for a sauce packet but then not put the dang sauce in there. There has not been a single time where I haven’t had ring the button again just to ask for my sauce that I paid for and then sit there for 10 mins for someone to bring it out. No wonder nobody tips there any more not to mention more than half the screens don’t work so you can’t even tip if you wanted to. Every single employee needs to rewatch their training videos. It’s insane that I have to pay for cheaply made sauce anyways.

I gave it two stars for one reason. The afternoon crew. They ROCK! My drinks are always great, the service is awesome. But the AM crew?? Zero stars. The pictures are of two breakfast burritos.. almost $5.00.. the eggs were fine.. but the rest? Garbage.

Extra ketchup is more than 2 packets.
I got the chicken tenders and wanted ketchup for my dipping sauce. I asked for extra and got 2 packets. Not enough for my chicken and none left over for fries

Ice cream smelled and tasted funny, like the machine hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. We through our ice creams away, afraid we would get sick. Other food was not that great..I mean its fast food so it never is gourmet, but I wouldnt be surprised if everything in the freezer was freezer-burnt because everything tasted off. It wasnt just my taste buds either- the whole family was like blah. And it took awhile to get the food too. Just nope. Rockdale fast food is not that great. From now on we will only go to Texas Burger or McDonalds.

5 star for the service I received when using the app. Love the app by the way! But let’s talk about the vanilla iced coffee. Bitter and strong. I ordered it for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I will not order that drink again. Everything else was good.

This was the one of the most disappointing food experience we’ve ever had at Sonic.
Firstly both of our burgers were not hot. It was obvious that the burgers had been pre-cooked and were lukewarm.
The medium fries were a small order in a medium.
The milkshake as pictured below was a strawberry milkshake with the top 1/3 of it mixed as strawberry the bottom was just vanilla ice cream. It’s a good thing that it came with a spoon because it was not consumable through the straw.
This was a disappointing experience.

Food was mediocre, but that was not unexpected (usually go just for drinks). Service, however was amazing, and the grounds were tidy @nd clean.
July 2025 Edit: Service has gone downhill. While the carhops have been friendly, the store is grossly understaffed. I have been waiting now for a drink (that’s all I ordered) for over 10 minutes. There were four other cars here when I got here. I don’t understand why it takes 10+ minutes to get a drink.
