I came to sonic and ordered a burger, a bacon, toaster, tater tots, a shake in a drink. I went through the drive-through I used tap pay the cash out. After I scan my card, the lady didn’t give me a receipt or leave me a way to tip with card as soon as I scan my car, she jerked it real fast so I got suspicious. I didn’t ask to speak to the manager and asked the manager. Does it not give a option for us to tip on the card after we pay and do we not get a receipt he said that we do get a receipt and then he stated that it doesn’t let you tip on card so now I’m currently here still waiting 30 minutes later for the receipt this is crazy

I never do any reviews, but I have just one word for this place “incompetent “ not only did you completely screw up my order but several days later I go there to get some slushies. SLUSHIES!!!!! How can you possibly screw up a slushie ‍♂️ ‍♂️ like I said total and completely incompetent.

Placed a pick up order through the online app over $40 dollars worth of food for me and my family. Within this order was two separate orders of 5pc crispy tender combos. I selected 3 ranch dipping sauces for each order only to receive 2 per order. When checking the ranch at stall #7 the boy that brought out my food informs me that the online app doesn’t tell you but for the rancier location they charge 5 cents for extra dipping sauces. It’s not extra because I asked for 3 per order. The boy goes back and forth with me. I’m telling him I just spent 40 dollars at your location and this is how you treat your customers. Doesnt care just wanna get more money out of me even if it is 5 cents I don’t care. Times are hard for ppl and yall have no sympathy or care in the world on how you treat your customers. I wont be back and will spend my money else where. SMH!!!!

Overall the price point is too high compared to other options. For 2 sides, a burger +bacon and a burrito it was 20$. I feel like I could get much more and higher quality food at many places in Killeen for that much. I will say that the quality of food is as good or better than I expect from a sonic in general.
I also dislike what they have done with their menu. The 2 things I always loved was the Asian zing wings and the Chicken fried steak sandwich but they got rid of both items. The only thing that stands out to me now is their drinks.
The service was quick. I did have to ask for the marinara that should come with the mozzarella sticks but that’s to be expected. For some reason locations all over Texas just always forget it and I expect its some issue with how their system functions; so I would suggest always checking for the sauce you were suppose to get before you leave.

Its not a bad spot but unless your going for their tasty drink selection I could recommend a half dozen or so places within a few miles to get a better bang for your buck. This idea of fast food joints charging restaurant prices that’s becoming so common makes me snicker.

My kids’ Wacky Pack cheeseburgers had no cheese or bacon despite being charged and were not correctly made to order as pictured. I called to request refund of the 3 bacon & 3 cheese charges that were missing and was told I could bring them back for replacement tonight or there’s nothing they can do. Then they refunded the whole order AFTER I mentioned I could just send pictures to the link on the receipt. She SID refund the full order to negate a $7.16 mistake. After that, I discovered at least half of my chicken wrap tortilla (made to order without the honey mustard- had mold spots I discovered part way into eating it. We live closest to this location, but after intermittent issues over 5 years, I think we’ll stick to WS Young by the middle school or the one by Rosewood & Expressway near Seton Hospital. It’s a shame, I like supporting jobs and businesses in the north side of town, we have so very few.

I order ahead to get the food after grabbing some groceries. I pay for extra chili on some food for myself and my wife . And yet we get home and it’s not on the food how do you charge me extra yet can’t hire people who can read the order . It seems to be a problem with sonic as a whole and yet nothing changes

Had a long day at work and you’ll didn’t make it better by getting my order wrong. I’m only writing because you’ll did this twice in, One week. By the way if it helps I asked for a cheeseburger with mayo and mustard, I never said without anything else. If you weren’t sure of that ask next time please.

I frequent this Sonic often, not anymore. After last week’s ridiculous service I will not be returning. I had a bad day at work and wanted to treat myself to an ice cream. I placed the order online and arrived 5 minutes after the suggested time and checked in. I waited over 10 minutes and finally pushed to ask about my order which was just an ice cream and some French toast sticks. They said they had just ran out of the French toast sticks but they could offer me something else. I said that’s fine and ordered a small item to replace it. They said that they’d bring out the ice cream, which they did. Now I was waiting on the other item. After another 10ish minutes an associate walked by with another order and thought it was for that stall and I stated no I was waiting for my order. They left and stated they would look into it. I waited another 10 minutes and left. I waited over 30 minutes for what? To be ignored, no communication. I would not have been upset if they had told me from the get go or a short time after that they ran out! I get it! But don’t ignore me and then not bring out what I paid for! Then I call the help desk for some type of help and they said they’d send it to the store management. It’s been five days and they have not called me back! That’s even more upsetting after being ignored. Ridiculous and I won’t be back.
