The food is normally pretty fresh. It’s rare that I have to request for an order to be remade. However, the cashier/teller I just experienced wasn’t as friendly. After every item ordered “will that be all…will that be all.. ” if that was all, I would have said, that completes my order. Also, I guess he was annoyed because he didn’t repeat my order, nor did he say thank you. The screen changed to the payment ♀️. So I waited. Now. The guy who BROUGHT me my food was very friendly. I will be back. But I will limit my visits here.

They have major issues with their drinks. I found black stuff in their ice. I used to have a nugget ice maker and had to clean it once a month to keep black mold build up from happening. It’s obviously not being cleaned as it should be. Be careful ordering drinks from here.

Went there tonight craving a burger with extra pickles (also got a Sunday), I ordered online and went to pick it up, when I picked it up the girl who brought it out (black female, black hair, grey/black jeans/ glasses) (her name started with a N I think) brought it out and didn’t say a single word to me which everyone has bad days so I didn’t say anything but she walked away so quick before I could ask about my order so I just went with it and drove off. When checking my burger did not have extra pickles and I had no spoon for the Sunday so I went back and asked if I could talk to a manager to fix my order. The same girl came out I told her the issues and handed my burger which she walked off and scoffed before I could say anything else. She then brought. She came back with everything in a bag and in a rude and for a lack of better words “bitchy” tone: “you wanted a manager for pickles” to which I responded yes because managers fix problems. I come here often for the last couple years and have never had such horrible service. This happened at 10:50PM on 10/16/2025 also we got a pretzel do they not come with cheese sauce anymore? My 1st time at a Sonic. About the only place open late in Copperas Cove. Grabbed a quick bite, hot dog, strawberry shake. Fast, sweet staff. Easy fast ordering and bringing it out to you as you sit in your car.

My food is always great. The servers are always nice and very friendly. They apologize for the wait, which very considerate. They even apologize if it’s been less than a minute from the time you pushed the button. Great service all the way around.

The drinks were right and we got them quickly. The problem was the carhop that brought it to us. She didn’t say her name, or read out our order. I asked her if there was a bathroom since some Sonics don’t have them. She said yes, I asked if it was around the building. She rolled her eyes and said “what.” as if I were asking the dumbest question ever. My brother, who was in the driver seat, reworded my question. “Is the bathroom on the other side of the building or is it inside?”. She, once again, rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue. “Its inside.” She then just stared at us before walking away back inside.
I have worked at a Sonic before. When you go up to a car you say your name, you read out the order and you are polite and treat everyone with kindness. I was taught to make sure that every interaction I had with a costumer was always positive. This woman was immature and should not be in costumer service.

So frustrated. I got an oreo sonic blast and while eating it on the way home I almost choked on a piece of plastic. I went back right away and asked for a manager. The speaker boxes are so hard to hear through but they seemed snappy about what I wanted. Someone came out and asked what happened and I explained and told them I just want a refund and asked him to throw the ice cream away. I waited 15 minutes and no one came back out. So I left. I had kids in the car getting upset and didn’t have the time to wait.

I got the unicorn dream slush, and I will say it’s DELICIOUS ✌️ I do recommend, it is super sugary though. So it’s a bit much after drinking a bunch, but it’s a cute experience.
