I never received my food.
I placed an order on the app at 7:44pm, the app said it would be ready at 7:50. Park, put my stall number in the app, wait my time. The car next to me arrives after me, places an order thru the speaker, gets their food and leaves. Cool, maybe they’re running behind. I give it till 8pm.
Press the button to talk to an employee, ask if my food is ready. She says yes, but I have to put it into the app. I let her know i already did, and wanted to see if it was ready since it had been a while. She said “it’s ready.” So i wait. I never see my food. I left at 8:10 after 25 minutes of waiting and no assistance.

Came in about 4:00. Ant made an order for five people. Everything was correct except they forgot bacon on one Burger. But in totality it was all fresh and made correctly. My only downfall was the person taking our order acted like they hadn’t taken an order before. So it kind of slowed everything down. But she was kind. And the CarHop was polite. Overall not a bad job

Sonic continues to be one of the few fast food chains I find myself enjoying. The drinks are always spot on, although the food and service can obviously vary from location to location. This one is great! Always consistent along all three of those. Always a great place to stop for a drink on the way back home after spending some time downtown.

I went this morning on my way to work to grab a Rt 44 lemon water! I also went ahead and ordered a burrito since they were half off in the app! I usually steer away from this location because I’ve head a lot of bad things about it. & this visit proved those right! There was a piece of plastic in my burrito! I called the store and spoke to the “manager” and she showed no empathy, no apology, no nothing. I wasn’t looking for a refund or free food, but I didn’t expect her to just basically not care. I’ve worked at a sonic in the area with a different franchise and I expected at least an apology. Also, my RT 44 lemon water only had 2 lemon wedges when they’re supposed to have 4. How are yal gonna charge to add lemon but only give me half of what I paid for!!

First of all, anytime I have Sonic, I order on the app just before heading that way. It never fails, they never start preparing my order until I arrive. I don’t believe that was the case today as I only waited 2-3 minutes for my order to come out.
More importantly, my carhop today, Bailey, was just fantastic!!! She was very personable & gave input on menu items I was curious about. Today is a dreary, rainy, cool day that no one wants to be at work, especially not a job that requires time outdoors. Instead of giving into the cruddiness of the day, Bailey chose to make the best of it, treating customers kind, sharing her beautiful smile & spreading joy. She made my day better & I was blessed to encounter her today.

BEST service here in temple. Very clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and PHENOMENAL food. I’ve never had any problems. Their shakes are to DIE for!! They’re fast and never make any mistakes! You know when you go close to closing time and other places usually make mistakes and sloppy orders,well not here. Highly recommend This Sonic

Offered a free 5 piece chicken strip on the app. I ordered it, mozzarella sticks, and 2 drinks. Got 20 minutes down the road and realized the order was wrong. Not the wrong order because some of it was there. I was disappointed to say the least.

I love to get a good drink here! So many different choices and they have the best ice to munch on too. Lol. The food is good to eat too. I usually get some tater tots or some french fries. Absolutely love the ocean water. So refreshing
