We showed up after a late movie at 10:10, their lights were still on so we assumed they were open. I never write reviews but felt like I needed to for the terrible attitude the lady had who took our order. Straight up just rude. No idea they closed at 10, not our fault you still kept your lights on. They took our order and we paid. 5 minutes later a lady walks out and says they are closed and the kitchen was shut down and cleaned already. How does that even happen? Hopefully we will get our $44 refund.

Service was a bit slow—took about 15 minutes to get our food, and we only ordered a pretzel twist and mozzarella sticks.
BUT this is the first Sonic I’ve been to in a while that actually had the pretzel sticks in stock, so that’s a win! ? They are SO GOOD. Some of the best pretzel twists I’ve ever had— even compared to sit down restaurants. They’re pretty big, too, so the $2 price tag doesn’t feel too bad.
Also, the new queso? Really good an only $1 to add on.

This location absolutely SUCKS. The service is terrible… They are so slow, so unaware and the employees act like they don’t really give a rats patootie about being there. My toddler and I waited for 30+ minutes for our drinks today and it was absolutely ridiculous. It was 2 drinks! That’s it! Most of the stalls were full of people waiting for their orders, and the 4 employees inside just had all of the drinks sitting on the counter ready to go out but were just walking around in circles trying to look busy. Occasionally one kid would come out and walk to a car and he took his absolute sweet time doing so. After a while, one of the other customers a couple of cars down from me got out to ask what was going on and while he was waiting for someone to pay attention and acknowledge him, we got to talking. He asked how long we’d been waiting and it ended up being about as long as him. And he also only had 2 drinks! After a while, someone came out to acknowledge him and he got his order right away. He walked back over to my car and said that the drinks were just sitting on the counter ready, they just walked in and grabbed them for him. So I got out of the car and stood on the patio where he stood (with my quietly crying toddler because he was upset about just wanting his drink after being in the car for 2 hours already) and the kid that had been walking slower than molasses out to cars came out 3 TIMES and walked STRAIGHT PAST US. Wouldn’t look at me, realize that I wasn’t just a pillar for him to walk past, nothing. No one else came out either. Just looked at me through the window. Finally a manager pulled up and asked if I’d been helped and said that they called her in because they were “short staffed” (there was 4 employees in there not even at a peak time?? Beside the point). She asked what I had and she walked in and grabbed them off of the counter where they’d been sitting for at least 20 minutes and apologized for the wait. Went back to the car and got my child back in his car seat to turn around and see slower-than-molasses-kid actually putting knees to chest and walking at a normal pace after he realized the manager was there! It was crazy how that worked! Needless to say, now I remember why I refuse to go to this location.

I’ve never wanted there to be a zero star as much as I do for this sonic. They have never once got my food right like nothing and I’m so tired of wasting my time and money on this location. Absolutely worthless. I never complain because I know they get busy but this is just ridiculous. I have had everything from just tater tot’s and cheese only on a breakfast burrito some how and raw chicken on my burger wrapper completely burnt chili that was not edible and double burgers with one freaking patty. This place just need to be closed or restaffed. They completely lost my business and I will no longer go back to this sonic.

I placed my order at 3:49 today for 2 shakes and a coke. It is 4:30 and I still have not received my items. When I pulled in and placed my order there was 1 car here. Now there have been so many that have came and gone getting food and drinks while I have had to sit here. I attempted to call and was met with rude employees.

Serously calling the health department … they know very well they did me wrong after waiting 30 minutes for my food. And then getting a small VERY STIFF fries, I waited for my other food to be out those small fries were stiff too. (Fries on the bottom) I didn’t want to bother since there system was down. I went to another sonic and got a medium fry which is the ones on the top of the picture!!! I went back since wasn’t happy eating and they still took more then 10 minutes to replace my fries… I was so nice and patient.. and Im just upset, I was really craving sonic.

I usually have pretty good experiences here, I order on the app and it gets to me decently fast, but on Apr 27 I was left waiting for a good 30+ minutes for my order while watchng everyone else either get theirs first or leave. I watched someone come in 30 minutes AFTER us and get their food! Management helped us out after a while but wow. All of our drinks were watered down by the time they got to us.

I stopped by on my way to work to pick up my mobile order. I sat there for a good 30 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge me. Little did I know that there was nobody there that was working. I ended up being late to work without my drink that I ordered. I eventually went to another location in town and let them know what I experienced and placed another order. Will not be returning to this location!
