My kids called to tell me this evening 6:30-6:50pm crew were rude to them. They pulled up to the drive through and said hello twice only to be ignored. They then drive up to the window and ask “What do you want?” In a very rude manner. They left and went to McDonald’s.

This place is awful when comes to service when comes to the drive thru they act like they cannot believe you showed up. The window worker Karmen basically threw the food in my window. Honestly to be treated that way is pitiful and hope it gets her job.

Ate about half a chicken sandwich from here last night before realizing it was still raw. Like, BLEEDING raw. Took it back to the store and got a refund, and they apologized but this is still super dangerous. I’m lucky I didn’t get sick.
EDIT: We wound up calling corporate, and the whole response was pretty much; “Okay, and?” Very nonchalant.

Clean place and friendly staff. Food is just gross anymore. The fries changed, and not a fan of their smash burgers. Braums seems to be only fast food still using real meat that is not filled with antibiotics causing IBS. Sonic is no longer one of those businesses.

Customer service was good but the food was horrible. I was shocked! My fries were cold. I was like ok maybe the busy. Customer service makes up for it. But the burger. When I tell you my burger was cold. I mean it was like the pulled it out of the fridge and didn’t even warm it up. One bite. Spit it out. Made me sick

If i could give negative stars i would. I was trying to place a mobile order, site was down, so I pushed the button for help, someone came out, I presume she was the manager, looked at my phone and stated “yeah, we have had the issue for a few days”. Uuummm why has it not been fixed? So , I ended up paying $18 for drinks which should have been under $12 with in app ordering. The employee refused to offer the discounts in person. I’ve never really had amazing service at Sonic but the drinks are really good.

This place has gotten so lousy over the past year. Last weekend I waited for 15 minutes in one of the stalls to place my order, and even after hitting the call button three times, no one came on to take my order. Meanwhile, 3 or 4 cars were helped through the drive-thru. I got it, use the drive-thru! Went through the drive-thru instead and was in and out in 5-10 minutes (so, 25 mins total at Sonic). Went directly to the drive-thru just now, sat there at the ordering screen for 5 minutes, no one comes on line to take my order. This place sucks so unbelievably bad, which is too bad, because it’s right off base.
