I’ve never had an issue here until today 3/1/26. I picked up a couple burritos and drinks for a road trip. I was the only one that ate the sausage in the burrito. And that was a huge mistake. I’ve been sick for over 8 hours now. I don’t know if I can ever come back after this

This is honestly the worst sonic I have been to. I have been 3 times, stuff happens, sometimes its just off not a big deal. All 3 times have been terrible. The first time i asked for no mustard and no pickles….it came with both of those. the second time I used the drive through and was the only person for my entire 30 min wait. This last time was just for milkshakes, one of them had a weird looking seed in it and smelled like spoiled milk and the other one was just wrong.

Long wait time in the drive thru, even without a single other soul in line. My milkshake tasted like expired milk at the bottom (eaten with a spoon from the top down), and I found a seed of some type in the mixture.

Great spot to stop for drinks before heading into town and out of town. Update: Most of the stalls are Mobile Order and we love it. We can fit our big trucks in now.

There are hardly any choices for hot dogs, only 3. And they can’t take your order inside, so you have to walk over to the stall and place your order. But the stall is broken, so it can’t process payment, so you have to walk back over to the door to pay. Would have been a 2-star review, but my food was fast and good other than the mountain of ketchup and mustard. Seriously, you shouldn’t drown while eating a hot dog.

Awful service.
Ordered food and it took 30 minutes to bring it out. Missing 3 items. Had to ask for them and then waited another 20 minutes and she never brought them out. Got tired of waiting and can’t go inside to ask. Will never go to a sonic again. Always seems to have poor service.

8pm on. Saturday.. Been in the car for 8 hours, heading home with 2 hours left to go.. Our personal Wait was 20+ min in line for drive thru. 3 cars ahead of us just decided they had enough and left.. easily sat longer (no one in the bays). The car in front waited just for a BAG OF ICE! We sat for a few more minutes, but no food was waiting, no drinks were made. We were the only ones there. Heading to the next town to eat.. as we left, we looked in.. employees looked Nasty…. DO NOT GO HERE!!

We stopped there on our way to the Dallas area. All we ordered was tots and a sweet tea. It took over 10 minutes and there was only 1 person in the drive thru and no one else in the stalls. Not sure what was going on that day they could have been just having a bad day. The young lady was friendly and very nice but overall I was not too impressed with this sonic.
