The servers are very nice and always smile. I love my burgers and drinks a certain way and it takes a few explanations on the intercom. I’m sure it’s not as clear when I talk into it the speaker. It all comes out fine however.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but somehow they messed up every single item I ordered. Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences ive had. Ordered the green apple bubble slush, and got a completely different flavor. We also ordered 2 grilled cheeses, which were basically raw, the bread was barely colored and the cheese wasn’t melted (we literally had to microwave it). I also ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger, and could only eat half of it… I normally like it but it was just terrible. And finally the fries, which were the only things that actually tasted good. Unfortunately, the box only came about half full.
Even though this place is normally good, i’ve kind of been scarred from going back. What a complete waste of money.

We come to this Sonic plenty of times and usually the service and food are great! But this time, I don’t know what is going on though lately but it was horrendous. We came up and ordered 2 corn dogs, small tator tots, small mozzarella sticks and a Red Bull refresher. We saw drinks coming out consistently except for mine for cars that arrived after us. After 20 minutes of waiting, I got out to try and talk to someone and saw a girl at the window just standing there on the phone and behind her was a bag of food and a drink. After standing there for a couple minutes, I told my wife to hit the button to call an attendant and she explained the situation and within a minute a person came out with the bag of food and drink I saw sitting on the counter. Turns out it had been sitting there for a while and the attendant said it had. We got a refund and left without the food and drink. Yall need to fix whatever happened today and I know those other cars probably did the same or were just as annoyed about this.

This place was good a few months ago, but now it’s terrible. Sonic should monitor who leaves management. They should close down for good and avoid so many bad experiences. Yesterday was the last chance I gave them, and I understand why several friends told me they stopped going to Sonic. My order took 15 minutes, and on top of that, my mozzarella sticks were raw inside and the fries were squashed, with a pound of salt on top. And it takes 15 minutes to receive something that should be thrown away! And this management doesn’t seem to care because I see so many bad reviews now and they’re doing nothing to improve. They’d be better off doing something else and not causing unpleasant experiences.

Went their last night around 9 pm after work get to the drive through she says “welcome to sonic order when ready” i replied with “ok ty” we’re looking at the menu and deciding what to get and whomever this slow employee is of yours kept repeating themselves over and over so finally I got snippy and replied back with “you said order when ready I’m not ready yet.” So we finally decide what we want and maybe not even 2 mins later and guess what? this person straight up ignored us for a solid 10 plus mins before we just drove away and went to your competition instead and was served faster and politely. Apperently sonic just hire’s anyone and everyone who lack basic manners, understanding of their own phrase, and basic common sense. Don’t say order when ready if you don’t actually mean order when ready. Won’t be back here for a very long time now. Yes sonic corporate you read this right your staff straight up ignored an easy 50 dollar order that went to your competition.

This negative review will do far more damage to your business as word of mouth spreads as I know several people who check reviews before trying a place. Do better and actually hold your poor staff accountable as this isn’t the first location with these kinds of issues in this area.**

This afternoon I went to Sonic from Uber Eats to pick up an order. When I arrived I told them that Uber Eats staff would come pick up the order, but the staff didn’t respond and didn’t deliver the order to me. I want to report it to the manager to check on the staff.

I’ve stayed away from sonic for years. Came today to give them another chance. They failed miserably. It was about as simple as it gets. I ordered a plain hamburger with mustard only. What did I get? A big glob mess of mayo ketchup mustard and all the other fixings. Just the opposite of a plain burger. And it had cheese! So I go back. Tell the girl what the deal is. They made another and guess what? Had cheese on it!!@ mustard so heavy my bun was soggy and cold! Microwave burgers are better than these!! Sonic go away please! Leave the burger cooking to Freddy’s. Will not spend another dime at sonic.
