Place is closed yet their app will still take your money. Ordered before I got to the store like I normally do, I get there and no one is there. God-awful thieving company. Honestly in shock. How have they not been sued yet???

Edit: this was at 2pm in the middle of the day. Nowhere on google or the sonic app does it say they’re closed. You can see a huge line of receipts that have been printed throughout the day in the window, so clearly I’m not the only one they’ve been scamming. Beware.

I ordered 2 drinks on the app. When I picked them up (1 cherry lemonade, 1 cherry limeade), the lemonade had the lime flavor mixed in and the limeade was just the soda and cherry flavoring. I called to complain and was told to come back and get another order. I arrived, told them who I was and what I ordered. Then waited 15 minutes (playing on my phone) before I noticed 2 cars come and go with orders. An attendant stopped and asked me if I was waiting for an order, I explained. She went in and immediately came back with my order. Turns out, the manager made the order and sat it on the counter without informing anyone who or where it was for. Worst service.

Went 10-15 minutes before closing. It’s 10:55pm now. I went and saw it was open and turned in. I went for mozzarella sticks, and a couple Frito wraps with a small drink. I was told no food would be made as the kitchen was closed. No where does it say the kitchen closes before 11. I get it I’ve worked good service, hell I’ve worked for a sonic location previously. If it was before 11 we didn’t deny customers. Little disappointed but I’ll probably go again. Definitely before 10:45-10:50 though.

Almost none of the kiosks work. The only thing that works is the red button. This makes it impossible to pay using your credit card thru the kiosk. Food is good, but the experience is not. I gave two stars for service, please note this is NOT the servers- they are generally great. It’s the machines. This is not from a one time visit- this is from over a dozen visits to this Sonic.

Stopped by on a hot day and got the Blue Coconut Slush and Lemonade slush, it was so refreshing and honestly reminded me of being on the beach! The team was super quick and really sweet. Great experience overall!

I usually love Sonic, but today was a terrible experience. Wanted to grab something quick to take home, and when I got home I opened up my number 1 meal (Burger) and was disgusted by what I saw. I ended up driving back and letting them know I had just ordered there and showed them my burger. They seemed uninterested in helping at first, but after I handed them my bag they took it and made a new one. Sadly, I will have to check my food before I pull out of the parking lot from now on. Wont be coming back to eat here for awhile, if at all.

3 times ive been to this Sonic, 3 times ive been disappointed.. Its the worst location ive experienced, which is a shame because usually i like sonic. This one is awful quality.
They barely even assemble the food. They act like they couldn’t be bothered to provide customer service.
This time, my large fries were half full and far from fresh, clearly just what was left in the bottom of the warmer. My drink is 90% ice. My burger is soggy on the bottom (not even on the condiment side, like it’s been sitting on a cold surface and condensation formed) and has just has one big core chunk of lettuce.

Ordered food on my lunch break, carhop forgot my straw. When he went back inside to grab one, he began loudly talking about me to other coworkers, making rude assumptions about me. When he came back with my straw, he realized I could hear him, and looked guilty, but didn’t apologize. Food wasn’t even good.

Food was as expected from Sonic. Good (but greasy) burgers. Tots & fries were hot & crispy.

Order taker seemed to be having a bad day. was rather short & didn’t seem to respond well when I pointed out an error on the order/screen twice. (I asked for no veggies on a burger & he rang up no bacon…???)

When the burger came out without bacon, I let the car hop know & told him about the tone & interaction. The car hop mentioned he could hear my original interaction/order conversation & said they’d make it right.

The order taker did come out & apologize & they remade the burger.

Owning mistakes & making things right took this from a 1 star to a 4 star review.

We all have bad days, but customer service is what makes/keeps customers coming back!

My wife and I used to come to this sonic all the time but over the last few months they’ve let us down in terms of service and attitude.
1) the last few times we’ve gone there’s been something missing or an item was wrong. Whether it be sauce packets, utensils, a drink….
2) the last two times the bag was handed to us upbright, prompting us to assume our tater tots were placed on the bottom of the bag, only to discover by the time we’ve arrived home that all of the tots have fallen out of their container and the entire bottom of the bag and now the floorboard is now coated in grease/chili cheese topping.
3) I don’t know if it’s teenagers who don’t know how to interact with the public yet or what but the attitude we’ve received from employees here has been rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. When I press the button, it is so I can ask someone something or place an order. It is NOT so I can be barked at about whatever is going wrong. I was not given space to voice my concern about the app because whoever answered was busy harping about systems being down before ending the line.
When I pressed the button AGAIN I explained we had already ordered online and we are picking up an order, we were given the answer “we can’t make you’re order here”. I asked “I already paid for my order from this location. What do I do about that then?” And the line was cut with no answer at all. Suddenly we were able to get our food.

After grease staining my floorboards twice, and given attitude the entire way time I was there, we won’t be returning here. We’re tired of the poor service, lack of attention to detail when preparing orders, and attitude.
