It looks very nice/clean and inviting.
Staff has always been very friendly.
They have slowly improved the wait time (eta of 5min is a joke some days).
Food quality is AWFUL. Everything is made half ass, it looks sloppy and unappetizing assuming all the the ingredients are included or equally distributed.
For example, a couple of days ago I ordered a blue raspberry ice cream slush thats was mainly ice cream… disappointing. Today, I ordered a ultimate meat and cheese burrito bc I was specifically craving the cheese sauce, I get home, open up my burrito to add salsa and what is missing… the cheese sauce. I feel like I’m continuously wasting my money ordering from this location, will not be returning. Very disappointing as a avid SONIC lover.
P.s – ordering at the stall/window/app doesn’t make any difference in the quality
I gave this location another try even though they are CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE. I order from here the same thing every time and I always get a pretzel with the cheese sauce. I am very aware of the policy that you have to specifically add the cheese sauce packet. I add it every time because there is no point to me in a pretzel without the cheese sauce. I clicked the button on the mobile order app and chose to get TWO cheese packets. As usual, I did not receive it in my order. So I went to the drive through to ask for a cheese sauce packet, like I have to do every single time. The line was backed up by several cars which defeats the entire purpose of a mobile order. The lady who can put was incredibly rude asking “what do you want” I explained what I needed and how this happens almost every single time. She just rolled her eyes and went back inside. She came back out and asked for another payment. She insisted she could not give me the packet I payed for twice in the app without me paying for it again. This location is unbelievably disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
I have reached out to corporate and reported the situation and issues about this location. Hopefully they will do better in the future.
I placed a mobile order of six items at 11:23 and the app told me it would be ready at 11:29. I did not receive my order until 11:53. They checked on me at 11:44 and asked what my name was for the order. The excuse? They gave my food order to someone else. No compensation, no apology. Just thirty minutes of watching the rest of the patrons receive food while we waited. This location continues to mess up orders, take forever, and take zero accountability. I do not like writing bad reviews but this was my final straw.
