This location SUCKS if you want good quality food and drinks.

It looks very nice/clean and inviting.

Staff has always been very friendly.

They have slowly improved the wait time (eta of 5min is a joke some days).

Food quality is AWFUL. Everything is made half ass, it looks sloppy and unappetizing assuming all the the ingredients are included or equally distributed.
For example, a couple of days ago I ordered a blue raspberry ice cream slush thats was mainly ice cream… disappointing. Today, I ordered a ultimate meat and cheese burrito bc I was specifically craving the cheese sauce, I get home, open up my burrito to add salsa and what is missing… the cheese sauce. I feel like I’m continuously wasting my money ordering from this location, will not be returning. Very disappointing as a avid SONIC lover.

P.s – ordering at the stall/window/app doesn’t make any difference in the quality

I pulled into a stall, and shortly after 2 other cars pulled into stalls across from me. They got their food before mine, and when I pressed the button they seemed confused why I was asking for the food I had paid for. The girl running food out was also miserable. Also, handing me a chili cheese tot, not in a bag, is questionable.

Took over 20 minutes for two sweet teas today, just like the last 4 times we’ve gone. We order the drinks, wait forever and a half in the parking spot, pull out and go to the drive through, drinks were just sitting. Watched them grab already made drinks that were just sat on the counter, after waiting over 20min in the curbside pick-up spot. Two other vehicles in the whole parking lot, watched their orders (which were also only drinks) get walked to their car and waited to no avail. Once or twice I get it’s gonna happen, but it’s every time now? And never when they’re busy, just don’t get it

UPDATE:
I gave this location another try even though they are CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE. I order from here the same thing every time and I always get a pretzel with the cheese sauce. I am very aware of the policy that you have to specifically add the cheese sauce packet. I add it every time because there is no point to me in a pretzel without the cheese sauce. I clicked the button on the mobile order app and chose to get TWO cheese packets. As usual, I did not receive it in my order. So I went to the drive through to ask for a cheese sauce packet, like I have to do every single time. The line was backed up by several cars which defeats the entire purpose of a mobile order. The lady who can put was incredibly rude asking “what do you want” I explained what I needed and how this happens almost every single time. She just rolled her eyes and went back inside. She came back out and asked for another payment. She insisted she could not give me the packet I payed for twice in the app without me paying for it again. This location is unbelievably disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
I have reached out to corporate and reported the situation and issues about this location. Hopefully they will do better in the future.

I placed a mobile order of six items at 11:23 and the app told me it would be ready at 11:29. I did not receive my order until 11:53. They checked on me at 11:44 and asked what my name was for the order. The excuse? They gave my food order to someone else. No compensation, no apology. Just thirty minutes of watching the rest of the patrons receive food while we waited. This location continues to mess up orders, take forever, and take zero accountability. I do not like writing bad reviews but this was my final straw.

I’ll give them this: They’re consistently disappointing, over priced, and take pride in getting your order wrong every time. Added bonus: the guy who handed me my drink spilt half of it, gave it to me, and walked off.

Stopped in for 1 RT44 drink and after waiting for 10min I left. Never received my drink… absolutely awful. I saw what appeared to be the only car hop moping around like he was being forced to be there and had no sense of urgency. I won’t revisit this location.

Been coming here for quite a while. This is the third time in a row they only bring out your drinks you order and not the food. They always take 15 minutes to bring out JUST the drinks as it is. Don’t even tell you they will be out with the food soon even though it’s on the receipt.

Order a sonic blast with Oreos and it was vanilla icecream with Oreo just on the top and I let the employee know and he said there was Oreos in there they were just crushed up very finely so that’s why you couldn’t see it when it was clearly only vanilla icecream at the bottom

I ordered a small caramel sundae, and apparently they put one tiny pump of sauce in the bottom of the cup. It would be nice to have caramel all throughout and not have to dig all the way to the bottom to get a taste of it. Sonic, I know you can do better.

Worst sonic there is. Every time I have ordered here there is always something wrong with my order. My drinks having random additions to them to forgetting all the sauces that are supposed to be with the items. Would not recommend coming to this one.
