Absolutely unbelievable from this place. First and last time I ever order here. Made an online order for a burger, chicken nuggets, a pretzel, 2 sets of mozzarella sticks and multiple sauces. Didn’t get a single sauce. I ordered cheese sauce, 5 marinara, barbecue sauce, and got none. When we left and started to get the food out of the bag there wasn’t a single sauce inside! How are we supposed to eat dry food?? Couldn’t eat my chicken nuggets and had a horrible time eating my dry snacks.

I come to this sonic often to get drinks because I live just down the road a bit and never really had a problem except for today when I order a ice cream it was supposed to have chocolate but didn’t so I pointed that out and the women said “well do you want me to ask them” she leaves with it comes back with the same thing (did add chocolate) in the same cup but now it has melted and is going down the cup from it lid. I had to call them back so I could get some napkins because it was going everywhere. And the photo below is after I had wiped it once. So now I am having ice cream soup.

The food is fine and the carhops are usually always nice so this review is not for them BUT I absolutely hate the new setup! Half of the stalls cannot be ordered at anymore which I think is ridiculous especially since 9/10 the app doesn’t work properly. I see people circling a lot and just witness a crash in the parking lot. I know that this was more than likely a corporate decision and not this particular location but I wanted to let someone know that this is horrible. Rarely are people even in these “special spots” so making just a few this way instead of half would’ve made a lot more sense!!! Thank you.

Nick was absolutely amazing. They couldn’t hear me due to the wind outside, so Nick said” hang on I’ll be right out there” and showed up in less than 3 seconds. I had a question about the size of the Artie drinks and their sizes and if I could put more than one fruit inside my drink. Nick informed me that I could and also that Sonic is the ultimate drink stop, so I then placed my order and no less than 20 seconds Nick came out behind the car Hopper and said that they had made the drink themselves. My extra large ocean water taste amazing. If I could get this place 10 Stars I would. 10 out of 10 completely satisfied with the service at this location.

This place is so hit or miss. I love getting frito chilli pies from here and i like adding mayo and jalapenoes, but half the time they put mayo on it, half the time they say they cant and offer mayo packets. Which is fine, just confusing. I also pay for extra chilli every time and half the time my fritos are still dry as hell and the other half of the time i actually get my extra chilli. The car hops are very sweet though. Get yalls shit together
