You haven’t screwed up a drink order, but every time I go thru here for a food item, it’s always screwed up. Even after having the drive thru person repeat back my order, it comes home wrong. I constantly give you chance but no more future visits for me.

It’s so frustrating when your order is incorrect. I live in Venus and stopped going to that location due to poor service. Since going to this location, I never had any issues until today. I ordered a Garlic Butter Bacon Burger but got a double cheese burger on Texas toast. I live 15 mins from this location and was home already. I tried calling but the phone just rang. Due to my schedule, I was unable to double back and had to eat it. I will not be back to this location in the future. I know businesses are struggling with staffing shortages, food shortages, etc. However that doesn’t mean that you give subpar service to your customers.

Update on my last issue with not getting shake made right and other issues at the time. The employee Emma is really awesome to deal with and very helpful. She offered to make things right and everytime I’ve came in after that she’s always smiling and kind and willing to help anyone that needed it from what I have saw.

Breakfast burrito was disappointingly empty. I’ve always enjoyed these as a filling breakfast option, but this location doesn’t size up. Literally 1/3 of my tortilla was empty. The 2/3 that did have egg and meat was still pretty skimpy.

Used to be able to get pretty decent food here. But I won’t eat here again after the other day. Took our grand baby for lunch and it was just nasty. The high chair looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. I had to clean my own table.. we couldn’t even enjoy our food for having to swat all the gnats away. I told the girls at the register and all they said was, “yes , we’ve told our manager and there’s nothing more we can do” . Not their fault. But they did not seem to really care. It’s just nasty. Do better. You’re serving food
