DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD HERE!!!!
I made a card payment on their drive up screen. The employee came out with my food and said my payment did not go through. I then paid cash but when I got home I saw a notification that my payment did go through. I called and was told to wait a few days to see if the payment comes off. I called back days later after the payment processed. The manager told me sorry for you just dispute the payment with your bank. How many people have had this happen and didn’t catch it??? Beware Sonic charges double at this location.

It’s what it used to be, going to a carhop fastfood place.
The junior double burger seems like a much more reasonable choice than a full sized burger. The lettuce on the full sized burger wasn’t so fresh-tasting, the last few times I’ve eaten them from Sonic, but this visit I tried this from the “classic” menu section and it was tastier and more affordable.

ISubject: Serious Incident at Sonic – Unprofessional and Inappropriate Employee Behavior

I recently visited the Sonic location and had a highly uncomfortable experience with one of the employees. A young Hispanic gentleman, who was working at the window, ignored my girlfriend’s attempt to place our order and instead approached my side of the car. He began making personal conversation with me, including repeated inappropriate and sexual innuendos, despite my clear attempts to shut down these advances and focus solely on placing my order.

After I made it clear I was not interested and just wanted my food, the employee went inside and, shockingly, called the police, falsely claiming I was smoking with my baby in the car. For the record, I had only exited my vehicle to smoke a legal THC cigarette purchased from a nearby smoke shop, and there was no child in the car. The manager then approached me, apparently already aware that the police had been called, which leads me to believe the employee reported me out of retaliation after I rejected his repeated advances.

This experience was extremely unprofessional and made me feel harassed and targeted. I believe this behavior constitutes sexual harassment and false reporting, both of which are serious issues. I am not part of the LGBT community and felt very uncomfortable by the employee’s actions and the subsequent false accusation.

I hope Sonic will address this matter promptly to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

0 stars if possible. Unfortunately it is not. We sat at a stall for 40 minutes all for 1 burrito, 1 large tots, a large soda, and a milkshake that wasn’t made correctly. I ordered a strawberry banana milkshake. What did they give me? A strawberry shake with cut banana pieces on top. It wasn’t blended, how can you possibly mess that up? It’s a pretty basic order. ALSO AS SOON AS WE DROVE OFF THE LID CAME OFF AND THE SHAKE GOT EVERYWHERE. Disappointed in the whole experience. Also the girl who was taking our order was essentially whispering so we couldn’t hear what she was saying.

I won’t be coming back to this location. I ordered an American dog and got all the way home just to see they gave me an old, dried out hot dog that looked like they found it under the grill after it rolled under there a week ago. It was literally hard and dry to the touch like a big Slim Jim. I usually don’t care about mess ups with fast food orders enough to do anything about it but the state this hot dog was in was unacceptable, so I drove back up there to get a new one. I talked to the manager and he had no problem with immediately replacing my order, but I’m glad I checked my food before I drove all the way off again. They gave me the SAME hot dog just on a new bun and smothered under the condiments like they were trying to hide it. So I turned back around and just got a refund, lest they try to give me the same hot dog again if I asked for another replacement. If it was a matter of all their hot dogs being in that condition then they should mark them out of stock, not pass them off onto paying customers like no one will notice.

Each time I come here it gets worse and worse… Long wait times and to get home with food you can’t even eat. Now you have to check the quality of your food before leaving.. The price of food is not cheap neither.

Sonic has some great fast food for lunch, dinner, breakfast or just a quick on the road snack. Their onion rings, tater tots, drinks, burgers, cheddar peppers, grilled chicken wraps, fries, ice cream, etc., are tasty and satisfying. This location has great customer service. Friendly and smiling carhops that read your order to you so there are minimal mistakes.

This sonic is location is so terrible. I ordered a drink and waited for a long time. I pushed the button to asked about my order and the person that answer was so rude. So when I got a drink I felt like there might be smth wrong. I opened the lid and found a blob of bubble that didn’t go away look suspicious like someone spit on it. I hade to throw my drink away.

They have taken out half the drive in touch screens and now want you to order on your phone before or when u arrive! Isn’t a touch screen bad enough! Now the company is so cheap they want to remove them all so they can save money and offer, if it’s even possible,less service than it already does. I mean come on! Do I really have to pull out my phone to order food!!!What happened to being customer friendly.

The dude was rude on the speaker, they were out of gravy. I asked for fries instead of tots. No onion ring, and the bread is literally so stale and not even cooked. I paid 10 bucks for this? Terrible.
