Christ where do I start with this… my friend and I were hoping for a late night drink and conversation. We ordered in the app just two rt 44’s of coke zero. Girl comes out and immediately has an attitude that rubs me wrong but i ignore it… our drinks which we also asked for little ice in, have extra ice. we have our drinks and i go to taste mine? It’s dr pepper. No doubt about it, friend agreed. So i pressed the button to let them know it was wrong, same girl comes out and tries telling me i’m wrong and that it’s coke zero. Definitely not coke zero.. so she asks for my receipt and the drink, i gave them to her and she leaves to get my drink. Comes out and i leave. After a bit i found out, my drink which is supposed to be little ice, is filled TO THE BRIM. With ice. Got home and strained it, had about half a cup of coke zero. EXTREMELY horrible service.

Ummm. Where do I start. Never in a million years would I have thought I would be writing a review praising Sonic…I just had this huge misconception about their food.
Saw the reviews for their new smash burgers and decided to give em a try. My sister swears by Sonic and so off we went. Let me start by saying it was absolutely delicious. Ordered a double cheeseburger, added tomatoes, extra pickle and lettuce and it was a messy, juicy, mouth watering experience. I recommend they wrap in foil like their other burgers though vs a box. And the bun….so darn good. Their French fries were perfectly salted and I love crinkle cut fries. Both were served hot!
My sis ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon. Loved it. She loves their mozzarella sticks.
We literally ate here twice in one week….both times super fast service and the burgers were delicious. Head scratcher.

Walked up to order during car service. Pressed red button, screen read “Red button active,” person over the intercom asks if I pressed the button, and after I confirmed, told me “Next time, push it harder.” I can guarantee there won’t be a next time, no reason to be so rude, faceless radio voice man. Am I hangry? Yes. Does your attitude inspire customer loyalty? Absolutely not.

Went through through the drive through today, just wanted my usual drink. Decided to use the last of the money I had on a visa gift card(I had checked the balance on it before I pulled in and it had enough money to cover my drink). I pulled through, handed the employee my card and he said it didn’t work. I questioned it and he had the manager try. He also said it didn’t work. I told them that is strange as I had used it there before in the pull up spots and it worked just fine. I told them I would go to one of those spots and try it there. I left the drive through and pulled up to a spot, pushed the button, asked to order my drink again and try my card there. The employee decided to be argumentative instead of just taking my order and letting me try it. I left took my groceries home and went to a different sonic. I used that same card there and WOW, it WORKED. Extremely unprofessional for them to be so argumentative with me. Honestly absolutely ridiculous. All she had to do was take my order and let me try to use my card. But apparently arguing with your customer seems like the better option.

Clean and decorated location, ordered on the app, tried something new, and waited about 5 minutes.
I got the chicken sandwich combo with cocoberry cream drink. I’m normally a chili cheese coney with a coke girl. It was good, but I do prefer my favorites.
First bite was a strong pickle taste lol then I noticed my sandwich looked smashed llike a smash burger, haha, which I should’ve tried! The fries were on point!

Since when did they charge you for marinara sauce with your mozzarella sticks? Besides that, we were charged for the sauces upon ordering. When we received our order, the sauces were not present. We pushed the button to request our sauces and were told “we charge for sauces.” Okay I get that but you already charged us, and the sauces weren’t in the bag. The lady ( I believe her name was corinne or coranne) argued with us that they put the sauces in the bag. I told her she could come check our bag if she really thought we were trying to steal 0.20¢ sauces from sonic. She came outside to say “they are in the bag” to which i asked her if she thought i was blind and again told her she could check our bag. She stomped off. Carhop brought us our sauces eventually and said that’s his associate manager? What a shame the manager doesn’t even know when to charge for sauces. The actual manager never came to speak with us & just said “i’m sorry” through the speaker.
We come here all the time and they often forget sauces or even flavoring in our drinks… usually they fix the issue with no attitude and no problems. but we were treated like we were trying to steal 0.20¢ sauces that we paid for (even tho they should of been included with our mozzarella sticks) I don’t think i’ll be returning.

Very poor quality of food. Kids meal looks as it was made a while ago! The hamburger meat for our cheeseburgers was nasty! The meat was red inside but very dry outside.

Well sonic finally surpassed dairy Queen in Rhome poor service and quality. I will not go back to Sonic at Avondale and Haslet again they’re incompetent they need to learn how to fulfill orders. Once I ordered a chili cheese dog and got tater tots with chili on them that were so soggy had to throw them out. This last incident I ordered a double smashburger with out any of that nasty sauce they put on it and this is what I got. I tried to call and complain but their mailbox was full and I’m sure from unhappy customers. And this might be the future of our country with people incompetent that can’t even fulfill a simple order. When I call to complain they offered me a small hamburger as compensation, lol I would rather leave an honest review for other potential customers do not eat at this Sonic.

Someone needs to be fired over this. And what pisses me off about this review is the fact that it’s even necessary. I threw away my whole order. Cause every single item was so far past edible it’s not even funny. The health department should be notified cause this is just plain nasty. The corn dogs tasted so foul I almost threw up. Luckily I grabbed it from my child before she ate any cause me eating one bite my stomach is killing me 10 minutes later. When I say everything was bad I mean it. Almost like we were eating heated up food from 2 days ago. Stale almost black it had been heated up for so long. Either their manager knows about the crappy food they are sending out to paying customers or is completely oblivious. Which being a manager of a sonic I would imagine doesn’t really take pride in his or her job. Because what you are sending out is just plain toxic. I don’t expect much with it being a fast food chain at all but when I order, I don’t expect to get food poisoned for $30.

Above and beyond. I did not live in the area and I realize I left my money at home when I first ordered. He told me I could come back when I was in the area on Friday. It is only Monday. He did not have to do that super nice. I was on my way to my second job. Please go get a hamburger or some food there this week for me as a thank you. I will be back Friday
