so the girl working the window doesn’t mind taking my money but she does mind just handing one cup to me so she hands my cup to the kid that just came in from throwing trash and didn’t wash his hands to hand my one cup to me. Be careful we wouldn’t want her going out of her way. I’m appalled at the degree of disregard for infection control / food safety. You are doing an excellent job of spreading disease and illness.

Not giving water to customers that are buying food is poor service. When asking for water they now say they don’t have water cups. I’m sorry, but not everyone wants a soda, they want a simple water. This is commonplace and shouldn’t be something the owners on this establishment refuse for guests who buy food from you.

Husband ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito with cheese, bacon, sausage, tater tots, and no eggs. It had 1 strip of bacon, 1 sausage patty cut in 4’s, a little bit of cheese and no tots. I ordered the super sonic burrito no meat and they only put 4 tots on it. We went back and the cook (who brought our order to us the first time) came to the window, made a replacement burrito and only added 3 tots. His “Idgaf” attitude (both times) was very obvious and the quality of the food was not great. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

I visited this location twice, the first time the service was great, food was fresh etc.
The second time was 6/19/25 at about 4:30pm, I ordered a medium onion ring & 2 corn dogs, there was no line & I was expecting freshness as like I received previously.
My onion rings whole fresh were very overcooked, the corn dogs WERE COLD & filled with grease, I wasn’t even a full 5 minutes down the street so I called the store & spoke with Ashley the manager who was being very condescending in her tone when I expressed to her that my food was not fresh & she states that all their food is fresh & cooked to order. If that was the case I wouldn’t have been calling you & even then I was very respectful to you.
That experience was poor & she should work on her customer service.

The drinks at this location are always amazing, but the food like tater tots I always seem to get old ones. They are hard and soaked in oil most of the time stale. Today I paid for extra cheese and got stale tater tots with very little cheese

3050 Hwy 360 location has become the best Sonic kitchen I have ever been too. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent drinks. The onion rings cannot be matched by any other location. I hope Sonic puts the same effort they put into training this crew into the rest of their franchises. I have not found a Sonic matching this one across the great state of Texas or beyond.

I went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks a cherry lime aide, and ocean water there was something definitely wrong with the drinks (hardly or very little flavor) I asked the girl at the window for a refund instead they remade the drinks unfortunately they’re just as gross…no flavor, we threw them away. Preferred a refund. This was my first visit to this location and I won’t come back. Everyone was polite but make the drinks correctly don’t skimp on flavoring.

It’s like every time order from this one manager she has a rude demeanor I ordered today and I asked for a strawberry Limeade slush and all I got was a white slush with strawberries I have been ordering this drink since 2010 and she stated we never had strawberry syrup ok understandable but I damn sure know a strawberry limeade slush is supposed to be red with strawberries and lemon or lime and she honestly didn’t give me strawberries. She was trying to be funny and it’s always a constant thing with this manager Haley Haydee whoever her name is But at this point it’s tiring if she don’t like her job she might not be there because it’s always something. This is the second time I’ve had issue with this lady and she’s so condescending like I owe her something you work at sonic

I like this location. We’ve had really nice people each time and the place is kept clean and comfortable. If we order ahead, they have had it ready for pick up every time. At this location, you do have to walk it (it’s not a drive in), so it is a little different if you expect it to be a normal Sonic. Either way, it’s a very nice Sonic!
