I ordered a refresher with zero sugar sprite, it tasted like carbonated water, no sprite flavor at all but the girl was kind enough to replace it with a diet dr pepper although the refresher was 2$ more. I won’t order another refresher from here, I’ll stick to Starbucks refreshers!!!

I just want to say Jayden the carhop that brought me my food literally ran my food to my car. My only complaint was that the touchscreen did not work and it did not allow me to leave him a tip and he definitely deserved a tip. (Shame on sonic for not having their stuff working correctly because these kids work off tips ! I felt bad so I ran to the bank and got him cash!

The simple order, in spite of being repeated 4 times, was delivered wrong. We received the wrong entree and wrong drink. I hate to say it, but it think there was a language. The issue was resolved in the end, but still quite disappointing.

Sweet kids that work here, however, there was much difficulty placing our order. From our ordering bay we could see inside and the kids were very interested in seeing who was placing orders versus what was being ordered. I’m not sure why my burger was cold, being cooked to order and all, plus wrapped in the foil wrapping; but it was and I’m not convinced the patty was fresh. The lettuce was brown and wilted and the bun was hard as well. I would suggest having mature staff work alongside the kids to help them handle food properly.

Called both numbers on receipt. No one answered. Corporate took care of it and extended a free food item on my app.

Last year I ordered a trick or treat blast from this location and instead of telling me they couldn’t make it they threw candied nuts and raisins and other salad toppings in a cup with a bunch of ice cream.

This has got to be the best blast I have ever had. I wish I could remember the sweet girl’s name who was our hop. Poor thing was working her tail off you could tell. She was very polite and helpful. If I can find the receipt with her name, you should give that young lady a raise. This has to be one of the best experiences at sonic we have had in a long time. Even tho I got my Juneberry slush, my mom got her cherry limeade with extra cherries (which BTW, this Sonic and one in Arlington by Woodland West apts are by far in our top 5 sonics! Oh and the one on Rufe snow in Nrh by race track, then we jump to Colorado sonics after that lol.
