I’m sorry but this has to be the worse Sonic experience of my life. I love a good juice Sonic Burger. But I got a burger straight from the Sahara Desert… Dry, over-cooked and old ( it had been situated there for a while ) I was very disappointed.

Food….what can I say. It’s Sonic. Not Ché Sonic. Although one time when I ordered a double cheeseburger, the second “patty” was a a piece of round sausage. I didn’t notice until I bit into it at home. Atmosphere, it’s about the same as any other but just not as busy when I’ve been there.

Just came to this sonic location for a couple drinks and mozzarella stick. The lady kept coming back to the window to ask what we ordered. We wait for 20mins for our remaining drink and mozzarella sticks. Lady comes back to the window to tell us we owe 6.12 because the lady never put the rest of the order in. 3 small drinks and mozzarella stick. Very unorganized and need additional training.

Ordered a Rt 44 lemonade strawberry slush and a Medium Strawberry Limeade and that is not what I received. Both orders were strawberry limeades. The person answering the phone when I called to complain was very rude and not understanding. I will not be visiting this location again. Customer service is everything and that is not what I just received.

I was thru the drive thru tonight get a combo meal and asked for a cherry limeade drink when I got to my driveway and tasted the drink it tasted horrible. I called to speak with someone to see if I could pick up a new drink the next day since I had already made it home and the Manager Elijah said they were closing in 6 minutes and because he had tasted the Sprites my drink should be fine. Very unprofessional I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager and if I had I wanted to call the 1800 number I was welcome to call them. He was not concerned that my drink wasn’t tasting right or willing to remake a new one or suggest a different drink. I’m very disappointed in the service I received at this Sonic

Every visit to this Sonic we have had issues from missing items too over and under cooked food. Ordered ahead on app and was brought melted blasts. The employees seems nice enough but the results of their work leave a lot to be desired.

Ordered through Uber eats and got a slush that smelled heavily of bleach tried a small sip and got sick. Stay away at all cost. When I called the lady actually laughed at me and said “while they were cleaning this morning. That’s probably why it smells a little funky.” I informed her it is more than funky. It’s a heavy smell of bleach and I wasn’t able to drink it. She said “oh OK.
