The workers at this Sonic always are top notch. I’ve been “that jerk” that shows up 10 min before they close and they still make the food as if it was 3 hours to close. Love this store. Good job to everyone!

This sonic is very good, fast, and friendly ! Joe was so kind! They forgot my husband’s burger and we didn’t notice until a little later BUT we called and they knew it was us and we were able to get the burger and it was remade fresh thank you so much Joe for the awesome lunch and great service

Ordered a chocolate shake and the drink literally advertised in the giant screens you pull up next to. The young man couldn’t understand me and I did not speak unclear or rudely. I was kind in my tone but had to repeat my order 3 times and explain I wanted the drink on their billboard about 4 times. Then, it took 12 minutes for 2 easy things. And, no napkins for sweaty, wet drinks. There were 3 other cars in the bays so it wasn’t a rush on a late afternoon Sunday Feb 1.
Not impressed at all. We heard lots of laughing and giggling and slow-motion service.

Came here today after work for a treat.(monzerella sticks, a milkshake, and buffalo blast.) Everything was so fresh and delicious. And the hot food was perfectly hot! Riley. G brought my order to the stall and was so kind and awesome. She even asked me if I needed anything before she went back in. Thank you Riley for making my experience here so great today! Also if Sonic is reading this, it is exceptionally clean at this location. The team here is doing fantastic!

I just don’t know what is so hard to comprehend… When I go to Sonic I will order a cheeseburger with mustard. This blows minds away. I’ve tried to order it dry, or with no ketchup and mayo. This ensues a difficult dilemma. “So you want a cheeseburger with mustard only?” “No veggies just mustard?” My polite response is “No, please prepare it exactly the way it comes, just substitute all the sauces with mustard.” Years ago you could simply order a number 1 or 2. A number one came with mayo and number 2 with mustard. Simple right? Well after countless efforts to order and enjoy one of my favorite nostalgic burgers. Employees just can not problem solve. What is so hard to understand a customer’s order? After multiple attempts to prepare a simple order, I leave disappointed. Is it a lack of training or just negligence?

I don’t know if they changed cooks, but I went to buy a burrito and a really ugly black egg, plus the bacon was raw and the tortilla chips were cold. I ordered a hamburger and the meat was raw.

i went to order a breakfast at 8 am and the egg was black because they dont clean their stove and the bacon was raw and they dont know how to wrap the burgers and the tots were cold, and lastly the burgers were warped very roughly when i went to eat at 1 p.m. please get better service, thank u.

Now I’ve been coming here for a while, I’ve noticed some manager changes, I like the gm but I absolutely despise one of the assistant managers I see her smoking all the time, one of the carhops complained to me that she likes to leave during her shift to go to the gas station and get more packs of cigarettes. I’ve spoken to her myself and she looks high, especially when she first starts her shift. The GM needs to do something, carhops complained about her and something needs to be done, food is good, manager is not, I believe her name is Jessica brown. Someone please do something.
