The last time I was here, I got a busted button in stall 21. This time, stall 22 had issues. When I went to pay, the 3 pay options had an overlay of a Redbull ad instead of the option titles. I stopped a car hop who went in and manually processed my card. She was so sweet and apologetic. Sonic needs more people like her…and to reboot all of the stalls. Seems like a lot of them have computer issues.

Ordered double meat was given single patty. Pushed red button car hop can out and took burger back and came back with fresh burger. Thanks for the great customer service

I was so mad I threw it out . Rude workers! Super Sonic burrito had a slice of bacon that I didn’t request no sausage so many peppers eggs and tater tots the tortilla ripped in 3 places it fell all apart . I was told I had ketchup salt etc I’m the bag and it wasn’t , my onion rings so burnt the onion was crispy , ask for light ice got a cup full . Anything I asked for was meet with a fast and hustle remark . We waited 8 minutes in the drive thru to make our order and no one was a head of us. I don’t usually complain but today I had no choice . I work for Sonic in my teenage years and they had very good standards and rules smh

It has been 10 minutes for one strawberry Sunday and still waiting. Don’t come here unless you have a good 20 minutes for a single ice cream goodness get it together please! 18 minutes I left still no ice cream.

Ordered 3 drinks on the app (paying in advance). 2 items were out of stock. The 3rd drink was ordered as light ice. It came with heavy ice. Asked for a refund, only refunded one item, had to go request from the manager for the refund of all items we did not get. My lady friend likes drinks that she can only get at Sonic. This Sonic is constantly NOT getting the orders correct. Not bringing you a drink carrier, not giving you correct drinks when specifically ordered a certain way (light ice, extra cream and vanilla, sold out) taking your payment whenever items are sold out and then telling you 5 to 10 days to get a refund, etc,etc,etc.

Drinks are the best! We also got tater tots and fries today but we have loved the bacon burgers, cheese sticks and corn dogs or chili dogs.

Food is decent for the price but it’s annoying that u can’t even order on the app and get your food right. Example, I was excited to try groovy fries and added the sauce packet for them and I never got it. Everytime husband asks for extra cheese on tots(which they charge for) it never looks like they put extra, not even worth asking anymore. Mozzarella sticks also hardly ever come with the sauce unless u ask them for it.

The food comes out still cool in center
And definitely not crispy

When I first moved here 4 years ago, this Sonic was struggling. Of course, they were dealing with the pandemic.
Now they appear to have to have their staff together. The food is much better and the service is quick and correct.
