Stopped by to get my guilty pleasure ( pretzel twist) Got a corn dog as well, but the cornmeal always seems a bit undercooked.

Staff seemed pleasant. Area seemed well kept. Food came out quickly and order was accurate. My biggest deal with this particular location, is the cramped feel of the businesses being so close to one another. Also the traffic is a mess. I’ll be back, though.

Normally, I’m pretty lenient when it comes to food service. I know the job can be tough at times and, honestly, I worked it for several years and understand that things can occasionally go wrong.

Unfortunately, this Restaraunt went well above and beyond in trying my patience today. At 12:35, I rolled in, parked, and placed my order. At 12:50, I pushed the button a second time to question why it had taken 15 minutes already. The button blinked for an additional 3 minutes before someone answered, and after asking and being told “its rolling out now”, took an additional 7 to arrive at my truck, which was parked within eyesight of the door. 25 minutes was the time elapsed to receive my food. By this time, my lunch break was almost entirely over and I had to drive back to work.

This would not have, by itself, warranted such an extensive negative review, as it is rare that I have this much to say, but it wasn’t the end. My burger, a biggie cheese, was moderately cool when I bit into it, the cheese was in no way melted, there was very little of any of the sauces on it, and the entire thing was smashed together. My medium order of tots was only two thirds full, and my route 44 ocean water was heavily watered down.

Never before have I been this disappointed in so much at once. Usually, any one aspect is forgivable for me, but cold food delivered late with no communication from the people making it while you watch seven cars that arrived and ordered after you leave first, and the drive through get cleared not once, not twice, but three times, is too much for me to let go. We’ve had very bad experiences with Sonic in San Antonio. Lufkin Sonic on Frank St totally redeemed our experience. The workers and food were amazing!

The service there was pretty good what we ordered It was fairly cheap about 10 to 20 bucks per person. What we ordered was actually very good, considering it’s only fast food and the customer service we received was really great. The guy came out and was very kind and polite. Very helpful, I just wish I would have tipped him but I didn’t have any cash which that’s no excuse.

Did order online when I showed up the guy come out and said the milkshake machine was broke which my whole entire order was ice cream except for the half-price cheeseburger so I said well I need a refund. He said I can’t do that. I said get the manager. She come out and said they can’t do the sonic blast but the milkshakes they can do I said fine that’s fine. It all turned out to shit worst experience ever. By the time I ended up getting my order, the ice cream was melted all over the truck

I ordered two of the small Sonic Blast, I waited on my order for 15 minutes thinking okay the busy I’ll give them time no rush 30 minutes rolls around and I’m starting for wonder you know how they forgot about me so I asked a CarHop to you know check on my order and he never got back with me weighted good 8 minutes with my timer on my phone and got tired of waiting so I went through their drive-thru and my ice cream was melted very poor customer service. Need a better management and employees
