Ordered 2 cherry limeade drinks and tots. Limes were not squeezed at all, and the drink tasted weird … bad water, possibly. Tots were not hot, just warm. Very frustrating pulling up in a truck that barely fits between the signs.

Last night was probably the worst service I have ever received from this Sonic, my order showed up as ready in the app 8 minutes after I ordered it, 20 minutes later it still hadn’t been brought out to the car, they get really busy sometimes so I didn’t think much of it until I walked to the glass doors and saw they had several employees standing around talking while there appeared to be three busy making food.
I went to check on it, and the lady told me that they would bring it out. 5 minutes later they brought out my food, however the food was cold. Unfortunately we had already tipped in the app, but I definitely would have decreased the tip after the food being cold and the order sitting there while the employees seemed oblivious.

I like the drive-in experience, and the menu is right there when you park. My order was taken promptly when I pushed the button, and the food was delivered in short order. The burger and fries were hot when they arrived and looked inviting. The fries were fine, but while the burger looked great, it really had no taste at all. It seemed rather blan, even with the slice of cheese that I had requested to be held. Nothing wrong with anything, but nothing I had screamed for me to hurry back.

So I ordered a route 44 cherry lime maid the past few times and when you order one you expect cherrys that’s what a cherry lime maid is and I have not received cherrys either time and I asked each time wondering if you have to pay for them or there just to lazy to make a cherry lime maid the right way.

Our order taker was pleasant. The wait was a little long, (place was full).
The server was sweet but unable to make change without help. Our order total was $16.22. I gave her $21.22. She looked at it, shook her head and said, “I’ll be right back.” I told her $5. Poor kid! She was going to go inside and ask! It’s just subtraction. I’m sure she’s a great, hard worker bur her elementary school teachers did her a great disservice!
My half and half tea was prepared just right! Delicious! But the tots were so greasy that none of us could eat them. They became dog food so as not to waste them.
