Hard, burned, inedible breakfast croissant. I especially love the cute printed sign on the speaker that says they have the right to refuse service. Funny how Athens and Eustace locations seem to have not only impeccable customer service, but they make orders accurately and correctly without attitude. Maybe this location should heed advice from the other two locations that have been operating successfully.

the app stole my money/ripped me off and Sonic won’t reimburse me. I have contacted them through their website and exchange many emails with them, and they have not been helpful in the least. the customer service is garbage. the app is useless.

this place is the worst place ever. been this way since day 1 of opening. the food is not good and the service is the absolute worst. be prepared to wait 5,000 hours for a simple small order. happens all the time.

We ordered jalapeno poppers mozz sticks and chicken… no sauce. If you don’t say anything they don’t put it in and if you ask for they disrespectfully say ” it comes with it ma’am”. You just can’t get want you want here period. Just don’t expect good customer service

Frequented this sonic for the past 3 years, lately it’s gone down hill. Recently made a complaint regarding an order where I swear it looks and tasted like I received a footlong from 2 days prior. Was talked into giving them another shot by their GM, who assured me it was a fluke. Went back Monday and made a very basic order at 12:22 for lunch. Arrived at 12:25 and the order is ready….weird… Literally every last bit of it was wrong. Don’t waste your time or money here. Jr dbl cheeseburger with chili? Nope have a cold hamburger with all the veggies no cheese. You wanted a dr pepper? No sorry have this dogwater. Want a pretzel? Too bad no cheese for you and it’s only half warmed up.
don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else that cares.

A very convenient on a trip from East Texas to Dallas they don’t do Apple Pay, but it was OK. Friendly service with a smile and the food was very fresh and tasty. I had the double Smashburger with pickles and onions. I think it had onion rings on the burger, but I didn’t take any pictures.

The rudest, most unprofessional so called ‘the manager” that I know from her extreme rudeness couldn’t possibly be hired in any position of customer service. I would believe if you order on their app, that they should give you what you order. Rude, sassy mouth and hung up on me after i asked for general managers name. The burgers were too salty and greasy as well. In my 65 years, I’ve never felt so disrespected Tivianna or whatever your name was.

Ordered the footling chili cheese and mustard. No cheese or mustard, chili was a dry clump. Would of been better to tell the customer. Making a new batch of chili and give a time frame. The customer could make a new choice or wait. Not be served possible expired food, risking a visit from the state inspectors.
