I will have to say this was my worse fast food experience in a while, didn’t think sonic had went down this bad. My son wanted sonic not sure WHY maybe he saw a commercial that looked appealing but anyways we get there order their food I order a #10 and a #8 w the sides being TATER TOTS my order is over $20 I get to window she reads out order I said no onion rings just 2 sides of TATER TOTS she closes window and yells to the order makers tater tots on sides, well I get food and no tater tots I have a large onion ting and a medium fry so I send order back she begins to tell the same people yall put onion rings & fry’s not tater tots so I get food again not checking it for the Second time I drive home and what do I have FRYs and one TATER TOT so at this point they just gave me what they wanted me to have not what I ORDERED & PAID FOR. I called to restaurant to let them know that I still in fact did not get TATER TOTS and the young lady hung up on me so I called back several times to get busy signal so I waited and called back and a guy answered he told me to could drive back there for the order of tater tots or get a order of.them another day which they had my card # so I suggested just refund me my money for order since it was WRONG but he couldn’t do that so short story short I’ll never return to this sonic and i suggest no one else cause it’s managed by kids and they do not care what they serve you

Great food and amazing customer service. This was our first time trying Sonic, and we’ll definitely be back! The Crispy Chicken and pickles fries are really good, and the Limeades are amazing (beware that they are sparkling). Our server was also so sweet and pointed us to the bathroom in the back.

Haven’t eaten Sonic food in years but this is what everyone else wanted. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with tots and a drink. I literally laughed out loud looking at an adult meal combo that looked like something that would come in a kid’s meal!! The “chicken tenders” were very thin, dry and over cooked. The tots came with 6 pieces and the drink was full of ice! A few sips and it was gone. So disappointing! The girl taking my order was aggravated with my many questions BUT it was my first time eating sonic and my last time eating sonic too. Walmart and brookshires deli has better chicken strip meals.

Go thru drive thru and get no please hold or anything. Call the store they say well we’re busy and hang up on me. Avoid this location if you can. Terrible customer service and lucky to get the order correct.

Our order was initially awful, wrong and burnt items. I wasn’t given a receipt either. I called and the manager was wonderful. We came back and she replaced the whole order. Excellently handled!

Plenty of parking space. I was even able to pull into a stall with my truck and trailer and yet still room for cars to go behind me. The food was good. I had the chicken sandwich. The chicken was not cooked the best but it was still good enough I guess. I loved the cherry vanilla sprite so much.

Order was wrong and when I got home I called and the manager on duty stated that my order would be re-made. When I went back to have my order re-made I was told that the entire order could not be re-made that they would only give me what was missing in my order. Make sure to check your order before leaving.

We stopped in to try the new Pulled Pork Totchos. This was a mistake. They had less than a teaspoon full of pork and all in all tasted terrible. Top it off with they cost $5+. What a ripoff. Also ordered an Ocean Water drink and it was just carbonated water. This sonic is no different than any Sonic around Texas, a complete let down waste of money that continues to go downhill every year.

Best Sonic I’ve ever been to hands down! Friendly well mannered staff, and extremely quick at get out your order. The enormous playground was also a plus for my 2 and 4 year old.
