Not a terrible experience the servers are kind and friendly who came out pretty fast your typical fast food when they brought her drinks they were lacking a drink carrier we asked for one they brought it to us. For the most part the atmosphere around sonics look fairly clean dumpster area with a little bit trashy but that’s really none of our concern all in all not a bad experience I don’t eat fast food really that much so yeah the food was okay still hot when it came out everything was made right. I gave it three stars because I can’t see myself giving a fast food restaurant 5 stars.

I have not been back to this sonic in at least six months. It has not changed. I ordered a sonic cheeseburger, a fish sandwich with no lettuce and an order of mozzarella stick sticks. I placed my order through the app and it said it would be ready in five minutes. My order was brought out to me at 6:42 PM and my car hop, Morgan, said that they had a sudden rush. There were only five cars in the stalls and none in the drive-thru. I did check my order before she walked away, and the fish sandwich was supposed to have no lettuce and the fish was burned I asked her to take it back to get me another She also kept referring to me as “sweetie”. She took the fish sandwich back to get another one, and I called to the store to talk to the manager, and the manager was also rude and said that I had cussed out his car hop, which was his best car hop. I do not use that kind of language and I do not like to be disrespected . Apparently, the manager brought the Correctly prepared to fish sandwich and I said I wanted to check it and he said after it and walked away. This used to be a very fast sonic and they were very polite and the food was good. I will never go to this sonic again!

There were several young men working. One young man was really car hopping. He was fast and smiling. Everyone was happy and working well together. Everything was in our order. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys for working so hard. I only give a good review if it is earned.

So first, the guy with the long brown hair and mustache wouldn’t fix his mistake with the order. Does sonic normally serve rotten lettuce that has already turned brown or do they normally drown there regular chicken sandwich in pickle juice? Librado is the name on the receipt not sure who made the sandwiches. I have pictures of the lettuce.
