This is my 3rd and last time ordering thru the app and coming to pick it up at this location. Ordered 5 mins before we got there, pulled up to stall 3, checked in and waited. They will push EVERY car in the drive thru out AND the other cars in the stalls before bringing you your order. We waited over 15 mins for 2 burgers. What I think happened? They bumped the order off their screen once completed and then just let the food sit there and forgot to get it to us. My drinks ice was completely melted, burger ICE cold. I’d understand if it was a first experience hiccup, but this happens EVERY time I use the app to order. Same thing. Have to wait until they clear the ENTIRE property before getting my food. The young guy seemed nice but I just keep getting let down by this location. When your focus is making your numbers and SOS look good by bumping orders before completion (just an educated guess here) instead of providing good quality and service the right way, you lose the customer. Will drive farther just to go to a better one from now on.

I was genuinely concerned about the cleanliness and appearance of an employee who handled my food. Visible sores and poor hygiene were noticeable and made me uncomfortable. I believe employees who handles food should meet basic health and cleanliness standards to ensure customer safety and a positive dining experience. Her name was Marie. Nice lady but still…….

Trash! This my second time stopping at this sonic. I’m from out of town the food wasn’t hot. The carhop wouldn’t hand me my food first she wanted me to give her the money. Like I wasn’t gonna give her the money or something. She pissed me off. Then she shorted me on my change I made her come back. Not to mention she went to the wrong car before she came to me.

Only reason I gave 1 ⭐ is because there isn’t an option for any less to be given. I placed a mobile order @this location because they were the closest Sonic that was open. All the lights were on, the sign lit up & all stalls up & running. but no one was inside…. it seems someone opened everything up & went to breakfast somewhere else, probably with the $ I paid for my mobile order that was deducted immediately from my bank account.

I’ve gone to many Sonics. This one stands out in a positive way! The level of customer service is above and beyond. I also liked the location on a corner making the accessibility better IMO. I am traveling from out of town and went for breakfast then went back for lunch because I had such a positive experience. There was a special deal at lunch today, so the parking lot was full, but I waited only a few minutes both times.
