I usually don’t go to Richmond road sonic but tonight I did. The woman who took my order kept interrupting and got my order wrong. Why can’t fast food let the customer order instead of employees guessing? I didn’t complain, it’s just not worth it anymore. The car hop that brought me my order was very polite and had great customer service. When I asked for a spoon he didn’t hesitate to get me one. I didn’t get his name but I took a picture of him. He was awesome! The chocolate waffle come was wonderful, the best ice cream I’ve had all summer. Remember tip the car hops!

No public restrooms, their sidewalks are a mache of stains and marks there’s more culinary food 10 feet away at the Boba Place, and their drinks I’m pretty sure I tasted mold when I ordered a Diet Sprite. It’s 3:30 on a Thursday. Why is there 2 kids in the kitchen area at this sonic. So now the employees can just have their kids come from school and hang out in the kitchen area and bring all their germs from school in there with peoples food and drinks. It was 2 younger girls. The workers were having to walk around these 2 young girls to bring drinks and food out. The health department needs to come on in that place

There was a long black hair on top of my milkshake. I ordered off door dash, the bag wasn’t taped shut and neither was the shake. Threw the food in the trash because I didn’t know if it had been tampered with. A total waste of time and money.

Believe it or not, the grilled cheese was not grilled. They completely forgot to grill the grilled cheese. I also ordered a combo popcorn chicken meal with medium side tots for that meal and an extra side of tots. I did not receive the medium tot with my order. I don’t know if it was a bad day but it was horrible service. I did receive another large popcorn chicken that I didn’t order, that was a plus… I guess. Just be careful what you wish for when you go to the sonic in Texarkana. Good luck ol’ travelers

My breakfast burrito was cold. Cheese wasn’t melted. Egg is really gross and cold. I couldn’t finish my food. They weren’t busy so I don’t understand why my food was cold. I went and tried it again still cold

In my line of work I see restaurants inside and out, at their best and at their worst. Among the there things, I service many of the Sonics across North Louisiana, Southern Arkansas, and Deep East Texas. I want today that this location is far and away the cleanest and best of those I have visited. Not intending to slight the others, just that this one stands a head higher and the effort shows. Strong management, a motivated crew, and regular policy evenly applied really will take a place to the top!
Sonic is one of my favorite places to eat and I am glad I had a chance to single this one out for high praise. Keep up the good work!
