I waited 10 min to be served at off hours. Received cold fries. Requested politiltely, replacement warm fries. Was told by Manager Brooklyn they dont give out free food and I would have to pay for them again or they could deep fry it a second time. I said i paid once and would like warm fries. She repeated herself. Fries thrown away. Corporate notified. She was in sweat pants and rude.

Terrible service, rude employees who don’t pay attention to the order. Ordered on the app and asked for easy ice. I wanted a large drink not a small in a large cup. Shannon needs to just sell the place to someone who knows what they’re doing.

Ordered a cheeseburger that didn’t come with lettuce and asked them to put lettuce on it and they literally put like 2 pieces on there!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I won’t be back. Not to mention my tater tots were cold.

I was there around 11:45 this morning. They only had one person bring out orders. I order a simple combo meal and it took over 30 minutes to get it. Kinda felt sorry for the only person they had bring out orders this place definitely needs to hire few more people

Husband got a corny dog yesterday that was so nasty he couldn’t eat it on his lunch break. He went back today and tried to show the staff a picture of this nasty burnt thing and they wouldn’t accommodate him. I wish I could attach the picture to this post but it doesn’t seem to be an option. I find it hard to believe they would even serve it!

My niece and I drove to Sonic to get my 17 year niece some sundaes because she had her wisdom teeth removed. The sweetest young lady, Chloe brought us the Sundaes with a note and coupon for my niece. The note said she wished her a speedy recover and that her sundaes were made with love.
This Sonic has now captured my loyalty especially since the other 2 that are near us struggle with quality and service. Kudos to this young lady. Bring in the business of leading teams, I hope she is recognized and appreciated!!!! Great job Chloe!!! The little things mean everything!!

I came to this Sonic because it was close to my job. I ordered food, and I was told it would be brought out to me shortly. I waited 20 minutes and still didn’t have any food. I pushed the button to see what was taking so long because they weren’t very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, I just decided to leave. Stay away from this Sonic location at all cost. They are horrible with their service. This was the first and definitely the very last time I will ever come to this Sonic.

The only critique I have is I got a tiny end of the lettuce. I’m not bothered by things like that, it is just could have been avoided by paying attention to small details.
However, the burger was still good. I would choose a Sonic burger over other fast food burgers. Also, the fries were so fresh and crispy today.
I would go back to this location.
