Will not be going back to this location. Every single time I have been through this location there has been an issue. First time I hit the red button and sat there for 10 min with no response. Finally had to pull out and go through the drive through to get service. Second time my onion rings were so burnt I couldn’t even eat them. I went there this evening and got a jr burger add onions and it didn’t have any. I ordered a Coke Zero and make it dirty. Had no cream in it. I ordered on the app tonight and drove to the location and waited almost 15 minutes for my order. For a small burger and drink and they were not busy. Corporate really needs to get involved with this location.

This is the second time this has happened. Let it go the first time because bad days happen but this is ridiculous. Waited over 20 minutes for food while only being me and another car. But hey when their buddy showed up they where Johnny on the spot with their order and talked with them for a good while. Can everyone get that level of service or is that just reserved for their friends?

Vicky and Carolyn were both super sweet which is not what you would expect from some people at 8am! They were super kind and helpful! The dill pickle tots are also delicious!

I will start by saying the food overall isn’t bad. The quality in which you get the food after ordering is what’s the big question. I have sadly gotten more food cold or lukewarm instead of hot than I can count, and while it didn’t taste bad, it’s just disappointing. The biggest issue I have with this particular store are with the drinks. I don’t know who hates their job, but every time I get a drink with any kind of flavor add in, it’s ALWAYS like they dumped the entire jug in. They ruin so many drinks for me that I just don’t order drinks from here anymore. I’d rather go to Jack in the Box or the other Sonic for drinks. It’s sad when I want a Dr pepper and it tastes like nothing but the syrup they use to add flavors. Loses the carbonation, and of course, the taste. Not really remarkable food wise, but definitely watch your drinks.

Waited 20 minutes for stale and cold onion rings. The Fritos in the chili wrap were very stale. I love Sonics food but it’s tough to enjoy it when it’s served this badly, and it’s not the first time it’s been bad at this location. Waiting 20 minutes when the food isn’t fresh is ridiculous. I won’t be back.

Took my order right away. Took forever to receive it. My supersonic breakfast burrito had one tiny piece of sausage, 2 tater tots and half of it was filled with jalapeños….the pic is of only the jalapeños I didn’t eat….worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever had at a sonic. There’s no excuse for this. I wish I had taken the time to read the other reviews. I would have saved myself a waste of money. Towns that can’t find decent help, I’m sorry but these businesses don’t belong if you can’t put a simple burrito or chili dog together. Only putting one small sausage and a ton of jalapeños this is not even just sloppiness it’s deliberate!!!! Looks like we might have to be more deliberate about who’s serving us our food!!!

They were out of carbonated drinks, they promptly let me know and offered replacements for the drinks. Everything came out hot and fresh! Very good food and very nice staff. Had a great experience here!

I went to the Sonic located at 2350 North Main, Paris Tx.75460. I ordered a Combo #3 with mustard, no cheese, add jalapeños. I get home and have a nasty looking burger with mustard and jalapeños only. Not the first time our orders have been messed up. I’m very disappointed in Sonic!!
