My husband and I at the mobile order lane for an order that was placed at 7:03 and we got it at 7:40… waiting on a burger and foot long then for what I think was the manager on duty be rude when we ask for our food in the drive through window. Not to mention people who got there after us waited like 20 mins for a single drink. Not returning. They also messed up the ENTIRE order minus 1 burger and they messed up my husbands cheese tots.

We placed an order at 10:40 pm in the mobile app. I just wanted to give a great review for a change. That bacon cheeseburger was AMzzzzzing and the chili cheese tots were great too!! I see alot of bad reviews for the commerce sonic, I wanted to add a positive review! That was the best burger I’ve had in a while! Great job!

Definitely don’t know what happened at Sonic today. Place was busy and no one was getting orders. No one came out to bring orders was there for over 20 mins. Pd online so yeah don’t know what happened today. I go pretty much everyday and my order is usually being brought out. So I definitely don’t know what happened today. But was very disappointed.

Good deals on the app, ordered the Sonic cheeseburger with large fries and route 44. Fries were perfect. Burger Patty was cold and lacked moisture.Pickles were a delight. Pictures show how old Patty was with the cheese. Offered the patty to my dog and she refused. (I spelled patty with a uppercase because it was so old it deserved respect).I rarely do bad reviews but damn.

This if my fifth time coming here since I live nearby and every time there’s something wrong with my order. I came during happy hour and didn’t get this happy hour discount on my drink. This is just ridiculous. I paid extra for whipped cream to be added on the top and this what I get. Get it together please!

At this point I’ve given it 10 chances and every time it’s bad. I’m sure it’s ridiculous of me to expect warm food and more than TWO tiny brownie chunks in a sonic blast. Laziest, rudest, most entitled employees I’ve ever come in contact with. Don’t waste your money here. Seriously needs to be shut down. Horrible waste of space where we could put a better business.

Terrible. Management is terrible. It’s the 4th time, I’ve went and they were out of Diet Dr. Pepper. They told me, they are unable to mark it unavailable on the sonic App. I called corporate and they tell me they are ABLE to mark it unavailable on the App so they just don’t want to. They refuse to give you a refund too. I only found out about getting a refund through corporate by finding the number myself. They are rude and have terrible service. They make you choose something else or keep your money. That’s difficult for people with health problems that can’t have sugar. They have no other sugar free options available
