Ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade with extra cherry sauce. I did get the extra sauce, but once the drink was gone and I started enjoying that amazing Sonic ice, I realized there were NO cherries and NO lime in the drink at all. ❌
No fruit at the bottom.
No lime wedge.
No cherries.
Just syrup.
Fast food has gotten so fast people forget how to actually make things correctly anymore. And honestly, it’s not just Sonic — this is happening everywhere. Napkins forgotten, sauces missing, basics skipped. Quality keeps getting left behind for speed.
This is not how a Cherry Limeade should ever be made, and it was a major disappointment.

I ordered a chocolate shake at 5:36pm. I leave my house and it says it will be ready at 5:42pm I get there around that time and I wait until 5:55 to get my drink. I ordered a medium, one it looks like vanilla, the chocolate essence is not there. It is filled with the BARE minimum, not even to the top of the styrofoam, if your not going to fill it to the top of the plastic round top at least fill it to the brim of the cup itself. Terrible customer service, didn’t even look me in the eye or say a word. Simply handed me my drink facing the other way and left. I had a cash tip in my hand ready but the fact that only one other car was there and it took 20 minutes for my drink just to not even be full. No thanks! Not to mention the shake isn’t one bit cold.

I had to wait 14 minutes for one single drink to be delivered after I placed the order. I understand sometimes you get busy or got a lot going on or not. Enough car hops but I worked for Sonic restaurants for many, many years in all positions except for manager and therefore I know how long it takes to cook mozzarella sticks, chicken and anything else so really, I don’t feel like I should have waited for 26 minutes for a four-piece mozzarella stick and a route 44 strawberry limeade whenever there was three cars in the parking lot and one at the window .. if you’re in a rush, don’t come here

Got here at 4:08 and did not get our full food order until 4:27.
We are missing one of the cheese cups I had ordered. Everything was a little over $19. A little too steep for my liking I wish it was more affordable. And obviously a little faster.
The creamsicle drink was alright. It looked odd and separated at the bottom and seemed to have more of the orange juice rather than the ice cream. The fries were cold immediately. They’re thankfully not cooked in old grease which is appreciated. Reminds me of something you’d get at a carnival. Crisp on the outside but slight fluffy potato inside. We don’t come here often but maybe it’ll change if it gets to be a tad faster.

This just always seems to take forever to get your to go order and especially since they are only drinks. Two car arrived after me got served before me. This location it’s the slowest of all the locations I’ve ever been to so don’t stop here if you’re in a rush. I’m done going to this location. I’ll go out of my way to get a drink at another location . It was the closest.. Something about their sprite always taste off at this location. I order Ocean water almost every time.

I visited this location on Sunday, 10/19, in the afternoon through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member at the window (a man wearing a sweater and glasses) was unprofessional from the start. He asked me to confirm my name with a mouth full of food, didn’t greet me, and didn’t say thank you. While that wasn’t my main concern, it definitely set the tone.
The real issue was that he gave me the wrong drink. I had to turn around and come back. When I returned, he approached me with an attitude and said, “OK, I’ll make these myself,” then handed me the corrected drinks—again, with no apology and no professionalism. His overall demeanor was rude and off-putting.
I had hoped for a better experience, but I’ll just CONTINUE taking my family to Scooter’s Coffee.

Its a sonic. the food is usually pretty good. Today is the first time I’ve ever had a real issue; I ordered an Oreo blast, and they didn’t actually mix it. it was basically a vanilla shake with some Oreos crumbled up on top. I understand that they were a little backed up, but that’s just lazy. do better.

This is one of the worst fast food restaurants in Princeton TX they allow you to sit at the order station for 10 or more minutes just to get on the speaker and ask you to get in the drive thru line and wait an additional 10 mins horrible horrible customer service

Hands down the worst Sonic location I have ever been to. Multiple times I have pulled up to the drive through, waited 10-15 minutes before driving off. No one will speak to you through the speaker, watched 5+ people drive off behind me tonight. Not sure how they’re staying in business when they’re literally refusing to take peoples money.

Took 25 minutes to get my order taken first went to parking spot no one took my order. Went to the drive through which I was the only person in and no one took my order. Literally no other customer at the restaurant. After taking my order it then took forever to get the food. I could literally run this restaurant faster by myself. Franchise owner needs to clean house.
