This was a quick bite and my experience was cool. I was actually reminded by the half off drinks where half off . So I actually got a Medium chili cheese tots, a double cheeseburger burger off the VALUE MENU , a Medium Sweet Tea, and a Strawberry and Cherry Slush
The inside was super clean, staff was friendly, and helpful so overall it was good for something quick and simple.

Ordered a slush and a pretzel with 2 mustard packets through the Sonic app. I get home with a burnt, crunchy pretzel and no mustard packets. I won’t be returning to this Sonic again.

Amazing customer service! This is Isle, and I have a quick story. This beautiful lady knows that I want a large frozen orange juice with real strawberries and real pineapple with a spoon, even when I order a medium and even just by my voice usually, mind you, I use the drive thru on my way to work. Isle even knows what I like when a co-worker makes a drink run and orders this for me, she asked my co-worker who it was for, because she knew a young man who always orders it. Absolutely amazing to have that level of service in such a large city. Thank you so much, you made today especially special being that tomorrow is my bday, so I came by this morning to treat myself. Thank you.

1st time I ordered them, they forgot to add cinnamon sugar
2nd time they were so burnt they were crumbling into dust
3rd time they confused the SALT with the SUGAR and almost made me vomit when I ate one.

Drive thru only here. Eating in the parking lot at a convenience store/gas station is the reason for low atmosphere. It was very hot and there’s no shade.

Customer service issue. I was charged $14.27. They had some sort of malfunction on the register. They wanted me to purchase again. I showed them on my bank app that I was charged for it. Was told to come back the next day and I will get refunded. I showed her my bank app again, and because the charge is pending, she will not refund my money. So I will have to come back up here as soon as my bank clears it… insane. They just lost a 15 year customer.
