We had to return our food TWICE because it was made wrong both times. Not once. Twice. Completely unacceptable.
After wasting our time going back and forth just to get a simple order right, the solution? A “free medium” slushy. That’s it. As if that somehow makes up for the inconvenience, frustration, and lack of basic quality control.
If you can’t get a basic order correct after two attempts, there’s a bigger issue. Do better.

The food is always great! The slushees and teas are tasty. I wish that they wouldn’t lie on the screen, saying that they’re on the way to your car when in reality they’ll come 10 minutes later.

Food wasn’t prepared fresh AFTER a remake. The staff was nice, but still didn’t get the order right after no adjustments to the order. The food should be hot out the door. Especially tots & fries. Very disappointed after a remake.

i came in at around 9:45. i knew it was about to close but it wasn’t closed yet. i ordered an oreo blast with whip cream. they did not put whip cream on top of my shake nor did they put oreos anywhere but on the very top. i could tell they were pissed about me being there so late, they took 10 minutes to make 2 simple ice creams. it doesn’t take that long. and i could see them having an attitude and talking about me while i was waiting through the window. i came in last night as well at 9:15 and they made it right but still took a while. if you plan on coming between open until 8, feel free, service and food has always been great around that time, however, if you go later at night they will MAKE SURE you hate your service because they’re mad you came “so late”

If your order door dash from here, there is a good chance they tell you they didn’t get the order. Then you’ll have to cancel, and it’ll be 5-7 days before your money is refunded. The store won’t call and tell you anything btw, you’ll have to call them and investigate why your dasher are cancelling.

Got the quarter pound double cheeseburger and a sonic cheeseburger with tots and the bbq popcorn chicken. Both burgers were good, nothing special, it’s a good, fast, cheap filler for when you’re in a hurry. Tots are nice and crunchy and the popcorn chicken is generously coated with the bbq sauce. Good, quick food for when you’re on the road.

I usually don’t have anything bad to say about this Sonic location…until today when i received Seltzer water instead of Sprite.
If you all could check your soda machines more frequent so customers can actually receive the soda they purchased that would be great, Zero soda products included.

This is the one of many times I’ve ordered a cherry limeade slush and got the regular cherry limeade and there’s no way for me to get a refund through the app
