They gave me a rotten drink with mold at the bottom. I ordered the cheesecake shake and at first everything looked normal but once the straw reached the bottom I got a taste of what can only be described as “moldy cheese”. I pour the drink out and see green liquid at the bottom. My guess is that they don’t bother remaking their shakes in the morning and use whatever they have left without inspection. This is unacceptable and disgusting, this location needs to do better.

I literally just left my this location and have to leave another 1 star review. I ordered a Route 44 ice water with extra ice. After waiting 10 minutes, I just left. I didn’t order anything else, just an ice water! And no I didn’t receive my ice water

My family & I have visited this location 3 times in 5 days…it’s Very peaceful and love the service. Spoke to the Manager Leston and he had a friendly smile. Shared with him how ECEPTIONAL Devon served us, smiled, was professional and his positive energy greeted us soon as our car arrived “we ordered food twice” because of his warm presence. Also, Moriah sweetly delivered our food and made sure we had all we needed. We will be back this weekend (AGAIN!)

I’ll not go back to this place and I’m still not even sure they are going to give me my refund can’t believe they would do this to me on my birthday none the less all the employees were outside looking at ducks as if they had never seen them before and next thing I knew 12 mins gone by I ordered 2 small shakes and a route 44 ocean water when I asked her just to for get about it she got rude with me and hung up so I had to rering the button to get another person to come outside and tell me how to get my money back they got rude too. So needless to say I’m absolutely done going here always rude and always make you sit for at least 10 minutes no matter what you ordered. I’ll just take the extra step and go to the Cartwright location!

Food is good and service is ok. But, the prices on the board do not reflect what is rung up. I feel bad for the people that work here, it’s not their fault. Like I said, the food was good. Parking lot was dirty :/
