Improper training. This restaurant has too many bad reviews. It’s very important to look at reviews. I feel cheated i couldn’t eat this. Im not turning around in traffic to return this, why should i have to waste my precious time with people who clearly don’t have any care about health standards and making good food..So no need to, get on here and apologize again “mr sonic.” You’ve already done that 1k times. I don’t need or want, your im sorry. BUT!! I will need a full refund!!!. If not I plan on disputing it with my bank. I did not eat this.. it went in the garbage where it belongs. I worked at sonic for 2 years, so I know the process back and forward. Always shake the oil off the after they come up.. if not you’ll see all the grease on your fingers like my, cold tots on this picture. If you don’t clean the grill, after burgers it will be greasy also.. see all the residue stains from the inside of the burger container. That’s a trip to the bathroom with stomach pains before you arrive at home.. I noticed the parking lot clear, and im still sitting in the car.. where’s my order? The young lady came out and said sorry your order was lost!!! Lol… lost? how’s that possible i have years of experience at sonic that’s not possible. I don’t know what yall got going but I will stay clear of you guys location. I will not ever ever, even turn on the same street as that sonic… Yall don’t have a clue of how to run a restaurant. PS THAT BURGER HAD NO SAUCE. NONE!

I was served a grilled cheese sandwich with MOLD, which was ultimately ingested. It’s been well over a month and they simply do not care. So beware & be sure to thoroughly inspect your and the kids food because they obviously don’t whike preparing it. The response I got from whoever answered the phone was “Wow! That’s never happened before.” I’ve since reached out to corporate and made a complaint with the Health Department since management/owner at this location has failed to be in touch regarding this matter.

After walking to this location, I placed my ordered, And ask sir if I could have a glass of water before my order comes out because I was hot. She said Okay , went back inside came back Got my money back inside, brought.My order with my water. I think better listening skills Are better in order

Don’t use the order thing at the end of the building. Used it twice in the last few months and never got the stuff I ordered. Sat there for a good few minutes before leaving. Thankfully I never used my card, so no loss there.
I almost feel like something is wrong with it because the usual thing that is on the other ones after ordering at the bottom went away after a bit too, and went to the usual screen it has.
I’m not mad, just a bit disappointed.

We have come here several times and every time we come we sit for over 30 minutes for our order when we only order 1-3 items. Tonight we went and ordered a shake, a sundae, and a sonic blast. We waited over an hour for our order and couldn’t leave because we had already paid. I pressed the red button again to ask for a refund or to see when our order would be ready, they told us they’d be with us in a minute, and said it with a tone in her voice that seemed she really didn’t care. We then waited another 20 minutes until it actually came out. When it did it was melted and our order was wrong. We left with our order because at this point it was already 9:15 and we had to get home. I then called them and asked for a manger, the man on the phone said, “ok you’re talking to one”, with a bad attitude. I had told him what had happened with the order and how long we had waited, he responded with “ok.” And it went silent. He didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience or anything just said “ok…” with a bad attitude. I would 100% not recommend this Sonic to anyone! And we definitely will be taking our business elsewhere.
