Old review: Sonic is a hit or miss on service. Some days it’s fast, some days not so much. The food and drinks aren’t mind blowing, but decent fast food. The selection of drinks and their 2-4 pm happy hour are the main reason I come back to Sonic.

Their slushies are truly amazing! There are so many varieties to choose from at a great price. When you order from the app, you can get drinks at half price. It is always good to bring the entire family or just a quick stop during a work break.

I went to a stall to order was told they were only doing drive thru even though several people were helped at a stall. I asked for a purple o which I get at every sonic and I never had an issue ordering. At this one the person refused to look it up or be any kind of help. He said if you want that drink you need to list the ingredients. Immediately I said never mind. It was rude and not cooperative especially when every other sonic employee has known what I’ve meant. I won’t be going back.

I go to this sonic very frequently and order the same thing. A 6 piece mozzarella sticks order with the marinara sauce. However, after my last visit on July 5th, I ordered the same thing and was charged extra for the marinara sauce. When I asked the employee about this he told me that it is extra. Is this something new? Because if ordered through the app, I am given the option to add marinara sauce at no extra cost with the order.

I always try to give businesses a few chances, but this Sonic is terrible! The staff is hardly understandable and seems careless. If there are deals from Sonic they do not honor them or it’s a pick and choose or if it’s convenient for them. I’ve tried contacting management, both at location and corporate with no response. They are just putting a damper on Sonic and need to get things together better!
