We usually go to this sonic which is out of our way and we have a sonic that is very close to us. On 2 occasions I have had to call to inform the manager of some minor issues. Today I called because the coffee smelled burnt and tasted burnt. I couldn’t even have it sit next to me, because it made me sick to smell it. When my husband poured it out there was a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. When I was informing the manager she got defensive. She said she was drinking coffee from the same pot of coffee I got mine from and there was nothing wrong with it. However it had been over an hour and a half since we got out food. She said they don’t sell that much coffee. I called her on it. She basically called me a liar. I think we will be going to a different sonic or just stop doing our Sunday breakfast all together. Customer service is not what it used to be. I was raised in the era “the Customer is always right “. If the manager is going to be argumentative with the customer, then this sets the role model for the staff, that they can do the same!!!!

Ordered the sauced Jumbo popcorn chicken, and ask if they could use both sauces, they replied it doesn’t come that way…. okay . Just got the Buffalo. It was just okay. Not that “Sauced” up though. Car hop expected me to pay after already paying on the kiosk. Customer service needs some work here.

Fast service! Food was good and parking lot was clean. I don’t get to go to that location that much but it was a perfect Sonic experience!

I had a great experience at Sonic today! Maria was amazing she helped me with my order and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She had the best attitude, super friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Thanks, Maria, for making my visit so enjoyable!

Went today after school with my son , pulled up to stall #13… pressed the red button.. was waiting for over 15 minutes, then realized the other cars between me have taken their orders and received and left.. i pressed the button AGAIN, as another black truck pulls up next to me, and his order is being taken before mine !! Mind you I’ve been sitting there before him…. Pressed the button AGAIN, and I see the car to my right getting their order taken ! Completely skipped me for over 25 minutes … drove around and asked for a manager, manager wouldn’t come out ( employee said manager name is Maria) … waited and nobody came … drove to another sonic for food and missed the special of the day ….
What irritate me is that I was sitting there for a long time and nobody took my order but the cars between me were coming and going with their orders … manager didnt want to come and out and speak to me. Customer service means a lot

Tonight’s burger was disgusting order was made wrong I went back asked for no mayo burger was drenched in mayo it was sloppy then I said no mayo so I had to take it back fries were flimsy got the right burger made over but that was even more nastier meat had no seasoning and has around 6 pickles on it cheese at the bottom of the burger I live across the st so I’ve came here 4 to 5 times each time food was amazing I noticed they had a new cook black guy with dreads saw him on his phone the whole time didn’t change gloves and went to make my food as a chef this is not accepted from my point of view i will never eat at this sonic again off that one experience from having excellent food to getting this nasty burger

First time going, attended Cowboys vs Eagles watch party with friends. Downside played Tejano music all night, waitress charged incorrect price for our bills, took her 3 times to get it right then when I gave debit card to class out she charged $1.54 more than what the receipt showed(not sure why). Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

I called for an Uber eats order and an older Hispanic lady which I would be guessing was a manager (which is crazy). Said she wouldn’t remake our food and just leave it sitting out even though our first driver cancelled and we had to get a new driver. She said “it’s not my problem” when I asked her if they would just leave the food sitting out she said “yes”. When I asked for her name she said “you don’t need to know my name”. She should not be a manager at all, very unprofessional.
