I had the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and hooked up chili cheese tater tots along with a milkshake. Darrell brought it out to me and he was extremely good natured and friendly explaining that it was fresh and hot. And it definitely was. The Sonics I have been to lately I’ve been lacking, slow, and the food I had their made me want to throw it away. That said this is the best Sonic around in my opinion. Thank you. I’ll definitely be returning.

HORRIBLE! STAFF CAUGHT SMOKING CBD IN THE PARKING LOT! RUDE! This location is absolutely horrible and a laughing stock of all Sonic Chains! I would never recommend anyone going here. We saw four staff outside near the storage room smoking what smelled as strong marijuana (possibly CBD). We had to roll up our windows. The attendant at the drive thru was rude to my spouse. They charged us for an ice cream but didn’t bring it. We saw a female manager go to the storage area and she was very angry. She went in and threw a huge box to the ground, then started to kick it inside the restaurant (hope it wasn’t food). This place is always crowded for some reason, and folks can sit waiting for 20-30 mins easy without getting services. A joke of a restaurant, I would advise all to go a few miles down the road to another Sonic Drive in!

Hit or miss, food is sonic, fast food so expectations are not high, but small things add, the level of service is lacking and little things like missing a cherry on a shake and the wrong straw, while not big things are not relevant to the level of service promised vs delivered. Pulled I. To first spot to find that the screen was not working, I had order on mobile app, but still has to find another stall.

I just had the pleasure of interacting with Hop at Sonic, and I can honestly say he turned my day around. I don’t know his name, but he’s a teenager with vibrant, colorful hair that immediately caught my eye. Despite having had a rough day and being a bit short with him, Hop remained incredibly kind, patient, and caring throughout our interaction.
His positive attitude and genuine friendliness made all the difference. He was efficient, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing great service. It’s rare to encounter someone with such a bright personality and a caring attitude, especially when they’re obviously busy.
